I sometimes practice singing when no one's home. Most of the time it's just playing games in the living room.

Wear little clothing as possible, actually being able to get work done since I don't have the influence of others distracting me, listen to music without headphones/earphones, finally getting to use the TV and being calm.

Lately it has lost since my grandmother is sick, then almost I never back to being alone, but just in case:

  • Screaming like a madman. It really helps me to get rid of all the stress, now I have other methods, but this was my favorite.
  • To sing.
  • Not having anything on t-shirts, shirts, etc, but not naked.
  • Talk to myself out loud.
  • Sometimes I went to look at the clothes of my parents to see where they hid the pistols.
  • Go to the garden to lie down & watch the sky.
  • Spy on neighbors. Sometimes I do not trust them.
  • Other things, but are not appropriate to say them here.
