Like what the hell, Dragon was violent because he was in constant excruciating pain, let's laugh at the end of every episode now that he gets to suffer for another day; they never bring up the fact he was unjustly punished to begin with and he's only doing this because he can't attack the gods directly. If anything, the real villains are them and Baboon for having no good reason to be jerks.

Yeah I used to love that movie, but when I look back on it, it's horribly corny and silly.

also if you want good cat representation then japan has plenty of that. that's a reason why i love japan.

I know that now, at the time I barely knew Japan had anything different since nobody at home cared about its culture. The Cat Returns now has a special place in my room :3

It's hard to even remember most of the stuff I used to watch since it was on a huge cartoon block on local TV... But hmm... There was a time I thought Bee Movie was hilarious and innocent.

...What the hell. Now I really feel bad for dragon. If anything, the "Heavens" are the true antagonists of the show.

Hopping on the bandwagon with Power Rangers. There was also various CBBC shows that were cringy like their game shows and comedies, but I stopped watching the channel years ago. Pretty sure there's other shows that I watched, but its been too long since I've seen any of them to remember their cringiness.

4kids dubs are a category in themselves. I waited weeks of YuGiOh! for an episode where they'd go to the Shadow Realm and fight whatever was in there without knowing it was just an euphemism. No idea if there's one where they go to the actual underworld equivalent, but I was a dumb kid that thought shows used all their story potential in one or two seasons.
