You said yourself that it would take several years until you could afford the necessary surgery. All I can really tell you right now is to just do what you can to make yourself feel more attractive and boost confidence. Like try to give yourself compliments and positive thoughts everyday, post some selfies on facebook, or maybe try different hairstyles or buying some new clothes or something. Speaking from experience, feeding yourself negative thoughts all day really won't help at all. Try to focus on the positive things about yourself and work with that. I've also been going through some major self-esteem issues, so I know how difficult it is to just do these things, and I suppose I'm the last person to give advice like this, but you won't feel better unless you try doing things that can help. I know that your situation is different, but you need to do what you can and look forward to what is going to happen in the future. Just keep telling yourself that it will get better, because it will.

If you still look the way you do in the last picture you posted, my personal recommendation from the start is to shave the facial hair off and get a haircut for something more neat. It doesn't sound like much but I get the feeling it'll make a big difference even before doing anything else.

your hair looks unkempt so do something with it or consider a cut

You shouldn't try to be fishing for compliments, especially on here. This isn't Facebook.
People aren't going to sugar coat things for you.

I know how it feels to have low self esteem. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't think I'm ugly and point out all my flaws.
However, the only one who can change your outlook is yourself. Try to be positive and maintain a clean appearance.

Ya know first of all you need to quit putting yourself down all the time. Secondly we really can't do anything for you at this point cause YOU don't want to help yourself. I'm not gonna drag you through the dirt but you need to find self confidence. You've got to find a reason to like yourself if not you'll never find the confidence you need to achieve anything in life. If you don't like your hair, do something about it. If you don't like your mustache, shave it off. In all honesty, only you can improve your looks.
