AJ:

Seeing Sybil sad and lonely I pounce on her knocking her over and giggling as I do. If there is anything that little me can do it is make people happy. I tickle her chin with my tail and taunt her, playfully, just being out of her reach.

Meanwhile, a young male orca by the name of Jhen, that got lost from the others, comes across, a sad sight. It is a serval male, that is nothing but skin and bone as well as bloody matted fur. Stumbling over to the beach, he collapses in the sand. Jhen, quickly gathers him up and heads off toward home, or Haven. For several days, they travel until he finally reaches the shores of Haven, finding no other orcas, but knowing his duty, he gently deposits the male serval on the beach. He kindly nudges him away from the waters edge, as far as he can. He remains nearby until, Sybil comes to receive the newcomer. Not knowing what to get the serval male, and noticing the shortages of fishes in the sea, he can only wait and hope that someone knows.

OOC: You know Sybil is inside the tree, right? Never mind, I'll just assume AJ was in there in a dark corner and she didn't noticed.

While Sybil believed she was done talking with Crocux, her moment of peace wasn't for long. Once again, she was tackled by AJ once again. It was quite a mystery how he seemingly appeared out of nowhere and always received her the same way.
"AJ! What are you doing here? Have you prepared for the drought?" she asked, believing he was just wasting his time in trying to play. She then believed that it was perhaps that he missed way too much the excitement the orca game brought to his life.

Rose then ate her half and kissed Sayan.

Sayan happily returned the kiss, glad to finally have a mate in his life. He had finally achieved his original purpose-- and with the one he had come to care about the most.

Meanwhile, Cheryl was still looking for Rose, but after visiting the places she believed the tiger visited the most, she came to rest on a nearby tree, being too lazy to keep looking. She just waited for Rose to pass by chance, but if it took long, she was going to simply return to the kea tree before Cole starts to miss her.

Crocux shoke his head "you have it all wrong Sybil. Besides i would never harm the weak. It's an insult to even suggest it. He let her free because he thought we were in danger. He isn't angry at you for trying to save my life, he's angry that you may be the reason the son you banished will die in the outback because it's a merical that his temper hasn't gotten himself killed yet and now he just might die. Dad knew that i could handle the situation just fine but now he's hurting,the pain he feels would be the same pain you would feel if Rose were to die. I thought i could help you understand but i guess i was wrong. If you wont care for the haven then who will?" and with that he left heading to the beach to go fishing. A tear was shead as he left, if only Sybil understood.

The Cobra heard the altercation and started to think. He was upset and now Crocux was paying for it. As much as he wanted to hate Sybil he just couldn't Crocux was right, she was only doing what she thought was best and he had no right in freeing Rose without her permission. As much as he wanted to make her feel the pain he's feeling he just couldn't do it. He saw a lizerd near by and cought it. He started to slither up Sybil's tree wanting to make peace.

AJ:

"Trying to make you happy and keeping you company, I guess. If you don't want me around, I guess I'll leave. I just wanted to help," I say lowing my ears and starting to walk off.

Shilise was getting pritty nervus "w-will you go in a date with me?" she asked shyly.

She giggled as Sozen tripped and said "yes a date."

"AJ wait!" Sybil called, but she said it too late since he was already out of earshot. She felt bad for him to have left. It wasn't like she threw him out, she just wanted him to remain still. With AJ gone, she prepared to lie still to feel miserable again, when she felt something cold on her skin... and looked the cobra was right there, inside her tree!
"Now you too? Won't I ever get peace!?" she yelled, still too angry at the cobra. She then turned around in embarrassment, finally realizing what a jerk she has been to everyone... but she was too proud to admit it.

Shilise was thrilled to bits "really! Yay!" she was happy that Sozen said yes and didn't know what to do now.

The cobra put the lizard infont of Sybil and lied down next to her feeling ashamed of himself "i'm sorry." he said in a depressed/miserable tone.

Sybil remained quiet for a while, still blowing off some steam. After she had calmed down a bit, she finally gather some courage to talk to him.
"Well, no harm done anyway." she said, letting him know that there were no hard feelings.
"You should have told me you were going to release Rose though." she then said, remembering that was the thing she was the most angry about. But speaking of Rose, she realized she was nearby, calling to her.

"I'm here Rose!" Sybil called, waiting Rose to come there to her instead of the other way around.

The cobra smiled glade that Sybil forgave him. "ok i will. You know Sybil you probably just missed a beutiful moment out their just now." said the cobra feeling better.

"Well, the reunion was enough." Sybil said to hide her curiosity.
"And if you see Crocux, apologize for me. I... I'm not ready to face him yet." she said, believing she would feel too embarrassed if she did it herself.

Sage had found a nice, dry cave near Sybil's tree, but didn't know it belonged to her. got some grass from outside and made herself a bed. Then she took some more grass and wrapped it around a rock, almost like a pillow. She then finally took a bunch of leaves and made a curtain over her cave you could walk through. She didn't remember much about her life in the Outback, but she knew this was how she made the place she stayed at.

The cobra smiled and said "i will." he just had to tell her. "well the moment you missed out on was a happy one though especally since it does involve Rose and Sayan."

"It's great that they have each other. They are similar in kind, and Sayan has taken great care of Rose. I... sometimes feel left out." Sybil confessed, in a sort of whisper just in case Rose was close. She didn't want either cats to know how she actually felt around them. She was so submerged thinking about it that she didn't notice the activity nearby.

Sage then saw Sybil's den in her tree, and wondered who's it was.

OOC: Sybil doesn't have a den. She goes into the tree's cavity, much like an owl.

"Oh?" Sybil asked, looking at the two of them. It was nice that Rose and Sayan got along so well, which proved exactly what she was telling the cobra, but it wasn't what she expected.

The cobra smirked "see told yea so."

Shilise went up to Sozen and kissed him on the cheak out of joy "i'll be ready in an hour. I'll let you pick the place."

Sybil was caught so off guard by the news that she nearly fell off her tree, and only avoided the falling with her claws.
"YOU two?!?" she said, never expecting them to take their relationship so far. She always thought of Sayan and Rose as a brother-sister or uncle-niece, but not visualized them that way.
"Well, this was unexpected. But it's great. Congratulations." she finally said, approving. At least they were close in species. She knew that both Cairo and Jaerl had a crush on her, but they were too different in species, so she considered the two big cats lucky.

She bushes herself saying "that sounds nice."

Sage heard all the commotion. She decided to leave whoever was up there alone.

"I think my insticts are starting go get under control. Do you mind if I take a walk with Sayan?" Rose said.

"Sure. You don't have to ask my permission for that sort of things." Sybil said, believing that Sayan was much more in control of his instincts than Rose, so he could really help her out. But after they left, she was starting to feel a bit ashamed. She wondered if the reason why Rose was asking permission was because Sybil gave the impression that they needed her to allow everything. And what was worse, she couldn't shake the feeling that something or someone was nearby. She had completely forgotten about the kangaroo in that little time that had passed, so she couldn't imagine what it was.

Sage went back to her cave and took a look around the room, "It's a start, I guess." She mumbled.

Tupic was eating a mouse he had hunted down and killed a few nights ago.

"Thank-you.," Sayan gratefully said surprised that the civet was angry or disappointed with his freeing Rose. He was unaware of Sybil's previous rage at the subject. "I know this was.. unexpected. I hadn't expected it either but.. but I feel the moment is right.," he then said rubbing again the tiger again. He really hadn't expected it, but he could see the feelings were there all along. He could remember every moment-- from the moment he had volunteered to become the personal protector of Rose to the moment he had welcomed Rose to his home. He remembered it well-- and he remembered the feelings behind each of those moments and now.

The cobra smiled happy for them. "well i think that's nearly everything. All that's missing is for you to check up on that new resadent, i think it was a kangeroo."

"Oh drat the kangaroo! I had completely forgotten about her!" Sybil yelled in alarm, disturbed at her own negligence. She then got off the tree and proceeded to run towards the beach, only to come to an abrupt stop a second later.
"She couldn't have remained at the beach, could she? Any ideas where she went?" Sybil asked, expecting an answer from anybody. It was the first time she had failed to welcome a new guest, save of course for the time she was in hiding, so she left embarrassed and ashamed of her own behavior.

The cobra says "i think i saw her over their." as he used his head to point at the near by cave.

Sybil headed to where the cobra instructed her and called.
"Hey miss... are you around here?" she called, now more embarrassed that she didn't even remembered Sage's name. It was extremely rude of Sybil to have left the kangaroo so abruptly earlier, even though she had an excuse for that. But once again, she wondered why, of all times, she was receiving so many guests on the verge of a drought.

The orca, Jhen seeing another dorsal fin in the water, he calls out to it.

"Hello, anyone there? I have a starved and badly hurt male serval that I rescued. I don't know what they eat and I'm scared for him. He is bleeding a lot."

AJ:

Not far from Sybil, underneath the shade of a tall tree, I am curled up in a little ball. Tears fall down my cheeks as I lay alone, watching the horizon. I do not realize that Sybil is nearby.

(Well ... at least Avius isn't in the center of anything ... I've got to get back to this more though. Say, what time of the day is it for the characters?)

OOC: It's late afternoon.

Since Sybil was far into the forest, she didn't hear the orca. Instead, there was Cheryl, still resting from her little expedition.
"Goodness man. I thought you all went away!" she exclaimed, thinking that only Jet was around.
"Who is that on your back!?" she then asked, never seeing a soul in worser shape like that.

"The others migrated because of a drought? Well that would explain the lack of family. As for who this is on my back, its a male serval that I rescued from the humans. He is starved and from the looks of things is in real need of medical attention. I have no idea what servals eat, but I refuse to leave him alone, until I know that he is safe with someone else. He's bleeding badly, but I have no idea what to do. I've stayed here for who knows how long, watching over him, protecting him and keeping him cool, but that is all that I have been able to do. I would hate to see him die after all I did to rescue him," Jhen says trying not to cry.

Cheryl found it a bit pathetic how an orca would cry for anything, but she didn't showed it. She had never seen a serval, but could tell plenty of things by just looking at him.
"Well then, he is some sort of cat, which means that he must eat meat." she deduced, doubting there were any cat species in the world that were vegetarian.
"I will try to find Sybil, or anyone for that matter, but the forest is so thick, I may take a while. You try to find him a fish or anything." Cheryl then said, knowing that time was something that couldn't be afforded to be lost in those circumstances. She headed to Sybil's tree, hoping anyone was there.

Sage sent back to the beach to get water.

"Hi, there Jet. Yeah I probably would have, but I got lost in our last adventure and rescued, a male serval from the humans, bringing him here. I got to get him something to eat, he is starved. You can see his bones through his skin. He is also in need of some serious medical treatment, but I have no idea what to do with that. I'll talk to you later, Jet," Jhen says as he scores a large fish and a small, he swims toward the shore. Nudging the male serval gently with his nose he pushes the fish toward him. The male serval weakly nods and with some help starts to munch on the fish. Jhen stays with Sunflame, protecting and helping him as much as he can. After a few minutes, Sunflame lays against his side, having finished with the fish. Looking up at Jhen he speaks.

"Thank you," Sunflame says to Jhen.

A tear falls down, Jhen's cheek as the serval speaks. It hurts him to see Sunflame looking like this. Still he puts on a brave face, smiles and nuzzles him with his head. After getting a little something for himself, Jhen remains beside him, providing a soft comfortable place for him to rest and protection.

Sybil waited for the kangaroo to respond to her, but once again, their greeting had to be postponed.
"Heya Sybil. Thank goodness I have found you. Sorry to bother you, but one of the orcas have returned, and he brought in a cat like creature who is in very bad shape." Cheryl said, landing on her shoulder.
"Oh good grief!" Sybil muttered, once again finding it incredible how the Haven kept filling up more and more. And the orca that brought in the cat was probably different from the one that brought in Sage, so that meant there were three orcas at the Haven waters, who couldn't afford to return to the pod so far and alone.
"Alright then, show me the way. I'm sorry miss, there is a bit of an emergency. I'll get back to you later." Sybil said, trying to excuse her once again need to leave the introduction. While heading to the beach, she was muttering a lot. Why there were so many animals arriving at the Haven when it was reaching a time of need?

Jhen waits for Cheryl to return, as Sunflame sleeps against his side. The male serval is exhausted and in terrible shape, but with Jhen, there beside him, he feels safe enough to sleep. The young male orca, hopes that they come soon. Making sure to keep himself cool despite the horrible heat, he watches over his charge, Sunflame. His leader, Jet is here, it is only right that Jhen be here as well to help out wherever he can.

once Shi was ready she went up to Sozen and says "ready Sozen?"

the cobra tries to keep up with Sybil but keeps losing her. he soon ran into Jack and getting on him he says "find Sybil. She's pretty buisy today."

Soon, Sybil reached the beach, a bit mad at Cheryl for staying at her shoulder instead of flying away.
"Jhen! You are here!" Sybil exclaimed, recognizing the orca as one of the pod. She then watched the animal on his back.
"That's a serval..." Subil exclaimed, knowing about plenty of animals due to her zoo days. She then took a careful look at him.
"Yikes... Jhen, let's to to Hunted island. Maybe Whirlpool has medicine that could help him. And you Cheryl, go find Jack, you know, the chimpanzee. Maybe he knows a bit about medical attention. Tell him to meet us at Hunted island." Sybil said, getting on Jhen's back to go there and keeping the serval company.

Jack came out to the open at the beach as if on que and said "I heard someone say my name."
