What kind of tree do you/will you put up this year?

I'm putting up a real tree because fake trees suck

Fake. They're like 10x cheaper and you don't end up with dead tree everywhere at the end of it.

We've always had fake because its a mess to clean up.

I don't want more dirty ****ers in the house and in the carpet.

We usually put up a fake tree, but my mom felt like using a real tree this year. Not that I mind, I kinda prefer the real trees. Not that much of a hassle to clean up as long as you vacuum around it once a day.

Why am I like the only one that gets a real tree?

We tried a real tree, but it ended up not working out, so we had to break out our fake one.

A fake tree. Here where I live there are no pine trees to decorate, well, some say that the pines are the best kind for the Christmas tree & as said, there is no pines where I live so there is no other choice.
It was in a year that my family try to use a big plant as a Christmas tree (my idea), but it was horrible for the taste of them, for me was better because it's less work, but nothing to do, they decided to use again the fake tree, which is more work.

Fake and we also toss fake snow on it.

We've had real trees in the past but they're a hassle and my father fears them being a fire hazard. For a scent reasonably close to it I have a scented candle. Problem solved.

I thought the real tree smelled nice the few times we had it. At the very least stick some scented pine cones around.

The amount of fake trees is..... interesting.

Real Tree. Nothing like taking care of that tree for a month with dat fresh smell of pine.

Used to have a fake one, then switched to a real one for a few years, then went back to fake after the real trees made too much trouble.

always fake, never had a real one in my life

Used to get real ones all the time when I lived in a small town and a local dude grew nice trees. Got a fake one when I moved, I like the fake one better because the cat can't eat the needles and then barf on the carpet, and your house can't be invaded by baby praying mantises.

Artificial tree. No pine needles to clean up, less space required. I do love real trees, but they're a bit too costly and they can make one heck of a mess on the carpet. With an artificial tree there's hardly any clean up at all.

Aluminum. Preferably pink.

You know, I wonder why they don't sell those anymore…

Went fake until this year and got a real one. It smells great <3
