Pro-choice, for the most part. It depends on the situation.

This. It depends on the reasons. If it's just for the sake of dodging responsibility, or just overall don't want a kid, then no. If it's because of rape, to save the mother's life, or another serious reason, then I understand.

Pro-choice.
I do not like pro-lifers, at all, mostly because most of their opinions are based off of some Christian beliefs, or something. I know that there are pro-lifers that don't base their opinion from Christian beliefs, but a ton of immature ones do, and they're usually really rabid about it... A person should have the right to their own body. I don't support abortion as a form of birth control, though. |

I'm not against them because of their basis of views on religious beliefs, but rather because of how far the beliefs of pro-life go. The baby could be dead in the womb from complications and killing the mother with it, yet a pro-life person will still demand the mother give birth to the dead fetus and give it a proper burial. All this really gets is a widower of a husband who doesn't even have a child to raise.

Pro-choice, however if it's because they aren't happy with the gender of the baby or if it's a situation that "I got caught" then no.
I also agree with what Seiki said. |

Actually no. You'd be surprised. If I can find the post I once saw of people sharing stories of pro-lifers shaming mothers for wanting to get an abortion because of complications that eventually would've led to the mother's death, I'll post it. EDIT: Found it. EDIT again: Found the original post I saw which has more posts. http://cemeterylize.tumblr.com...an-mra-anything

Pro-choice. However, it also depends on the situation.
Like, if the baby is going to be aborted because of its gender or it if the abortion is occuring only because the baby was an 'accident', then no, I don't like the idea. And I hate it when some woman, mainly feminists, don't want males to have any say on the matter because 'it's our body'. Oh sure, the baby's creation involved a male's sperm and hence they have every right to have a say, especially the husband, but since it happens to be in your body you want full control over it. Makes sense. >__>

the thing is; woman do have more of a say in what happens because men don't carry the baby inside them for nine months or have their loves affected because of it

It happens more frequent that one might think. It doesn't happen much in Western countries but many get aborted in places across Asia and some parts of Europe, simply because they would've been girls. It's called sex-selective abortion iirc

I guess I'd say pro-choice. I'm not a female, though, so I don't believe I have as important of a stake in the debate. From a medical/legal standpoint, my state offers abortions until around week 23 of a pregnancy. And if a patient wants an abortion, even if it's not for the right reasons (e.g. they don't want a boy/girl or the fetus tests positive for some sort of mild disorder like clubfoot), the medical professional needs to respect the patient's wishes. <.<
And my state is anti-surrogacy as well, just because of the legal quagmire it creates.
