I would argue Peach is less girly than Daisy, and Rosalina is the only Mario female with actual tomboy traits.

For the sake of curiosity, use a non-sports/spin-off game (Kart, Tennis, Party, etc.) to prove this.

In Rosalina's storybook, she is portrayed as being adventurous and spunky. She also went around barefooted in the storybook, meaning she had little care for adhering to "lady-like courtesy" and apparel (and even her regular outfit in the game is either a simple nightgown or a maternity dress, as opposed to the fancy, dolled up regal dresses the princesses wear). She is also portrayed as being a skilled architect and mechanic/engineer (her and the Lumas help Captain Toad and his crew build Starshrooms), and is shown to be no slouch physically, as she can build a house out of heavy bricks and do most of the work herself, a job normally reserved for big strong men, even as a little girl (for comparison, the only other characters with a notable association with building are Mario, Luigi, Foreman Spike, Wario, and Morton Koopa - all male):

[User Posted Image]

And yes, the text on this page implies she did much of that herself:

Quote:
Ever since the girl took Luma under her care, she'd been bustling about at a feverish pace. "It's a lot of work, but it's worth it to make a happy home."

3D World also portrayed her as being competitive and even a bit cocky. When she gets the most points in a multiplayer run in 3D World, she says "That's right!", in a lower pitched, spunky tone. Also, she IS the only character with a normal attack in default form, in that game. She also says "Finally..." when she gets a Mega Mushroom, and Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash (briefly mentioning it since it's a directly related point) actually follows up on this weird quirk by sometimes having her laugh maniacally when she gets a Mega Mushroom. These two weird instances imply she gets some sort of enjoyment out of being able to smash through things in a giant form (which she also is shown to have the ability to naturally do in Galaxy).

Various bios for various games and such also always describe her as "tough" and "cool" and other such words. The most recent of which is below, which even describes her as being capable of "guarding the cosmos against any and all threats":

[User Posted Image]

Oh, and the fact she isn't a princess immediately makes her less of a girly girl than Peach and Daisy. She's also the only one of the three that doesn't have romantic relations with another character (there was some LuigixRosalina shipteasing in Galaxy 1, but it was mostly one-sided from Luigi's perspective and wasn't a HUGE thing in the game, plus Luigi is still described as being paired with Daisy anyway). Rosalina is also generally pretty calm and monotone, unless she is REALLY excited. Most times, even when excited, she doesn't really shout or anything.

I could go even further, especially if I DO talk more about the spin-offs (which are totally relevant as they show us more of the characters), but I think I've more than made the point. Rosalina is a woman and has a voluptuous, feminine body making her unmistakably female appearance wise too, and definitely has feminine qualities such as her maternal nature being the big one, but she also has a lot of masculine/boyish qualities that prove she is a bit of a tomboy.

EDIT: Just realised you were talking about the other two too, after your edit.

Peach is girly too but I consider her less girly than Daisy SIMPLY because she doesn't scream and giggle all of the time at such an obnoxious level. Also Super Paper Mario did give Peach some boyish traits. She seemed to be the most adventurous of the party. Also, the Adventure Tours Mode in Mario & Sonic at the Winter Olympics on the DS made the Snowball Machine Dream Event her favourite sport. Daisy, on the other hand, preferred figure skating, but was portrayed as being self conscious about it.

Idk if this argument is still going on, but if Sonic is trans because he danced with Amy that one time. You realized that Sonic wasn't leading. If I remember right, Amy was teaching him to dance. A dance that I don't think he actually went to because he wanted to help out a little girl in wheel chair. I could be getting my episodes confused, but I'm pretty sure that's what happened.

I wasn't talking about that.

Also lol, the fact that people have to call this an "argument" is kinda pathetic. Again, if this somehow disturbs you, it's your problem, but it's viable to interpret Sonic as transgender. There's nothing to argue, I've proven it pretty clearly that Sonic Team and SEGA are OK with the idea and do encourage it for those who would prefer Sonic be transgender.

Then what were you talking about? That's the only instance where Sonic has danced formally, other then break dancing.

OMFG. It doesn't disturb me. It pisses me off that you're going off on tangent about a character that has been established as male! I don't care trans or not, and long as you're a good ****ing person, then it doesn't matter.

By your logic you say that Sonic is transgender because he does feminine things. By that logic, everyone is transgender because of their interests.

Quite honestly, to deny it was an argument is kinda disrespectful when it really was.
You argued Your point, I argued mine, others argued theirs. To act like it's something set in stone when clearly others disagree is ridiculous. Obviously others do disagree. And anyone viewing this from their own viewpoints will be the ones to decide if that's something that makes sense or not.

There are only two genders: likes flowers and doesn't like flowers.

For real tho, I'm not really sure what you mean by "trans" in this context. Do you mean he's trans female, which he clearly isn't given the fact he obviously refers to himself as a he, and I don't care how much he likes flowers if someone says they're a dude then they're a dude. Nothing else matters.

The other option is you're saying he's trans male... Which means you're literally saying he must have a vagina because he likes ****ing flowers. That is both ridiculous, and really sexist.

I have nothing to say on the whole "Male or Female" dialogue box thing, cause I've never played sonic in my life, but why did you include the flower thing it makes no sense.

For the 100th time, I never said "Sonic is transgender and that's indisputable". I said it's viable to view him as such due to certain material portrayed in the game. I also stated quite clearly that I personally view him as male, i.e. not transgender.

Before you continue, please register that point in your head, or else I can't take you seriously. No point in trying to argue me when you don't even understand my actual point.

I understand this, Brawler, however, all I'm saying is that your proof really isn't proof. It's just.. little things that make Sonic a bit more relatable character. You can't simply say that he is transgender because of these things. Such as dancing or liking of flowers.

In this case, this isn't really something factual.
If Sega came out and said themselves: "Yeah, he's trans/gender-fluid" then that would be factual, there would be no denying it. I should have added that when I made My post. But this is not something that has been decided, nor are You talking on Sega's behalf.

I've literally acknowledged that someone's gender is defined by nothing more than what they feel they are. I merely think that, in fictional media, you have to give the audience something more than "I'm a girl/boy" for the sake of making the character relatable, engaging, and making it possible for the audience to empathise with how the character feels, otherwise it's just informed characterisation, which is a bad thing in writing, but in this specific instance, it also comes across as a vein, hypocritical attempt at forcing "political correctness".

What is so "sexist" or "transphobic" about this? Seriously, enlighten me. If there is something wrong and you can show it to me, I can change it, but you do nothing for anyone by making low blows for no reason.

Only saying this to you since you seem to be one of the more sensible users here, please prove me right on that.
