It's kinda unclear, with is as usual weird because Papyrus is full on cartoon skeleton. His head can fall off, he has eyebrows for some reason, and seems to have actual eyeballs in his suprised emote. Sans on the other hand has stiffer movement in general, has the standard fantasy undead eye lights instead, and never opens his lower jaw even if he speaks fine.

Played some yesterday... have to say I love this game. Favorite character is Burgerpants, if you couldn't tell :3

Burgerpants is the best shopkeeper(sorry Tem Shopkeeper). Though, I'm sure it wasn't Toby's intention, but that thing he smokes does not look like a cigarette.

Tbh, about my Undertale cosplay in July next year, I'm kind of worried about waiting that long to do a cosplay mainly because the hype for the game is now, and the hype will probably be gone by July. :\
Although apparently Attack on Titan was huge in 2014 at the con, and there was still a lot of AoT cosplay this year even though the hype for it has gone down. So I dunno.

Although I swear Adelaide is always late to the hype train. Like Homestuck cosplays didn't start showing up at cons more until recently, and I thought the comic was more popular back in 2010. xD

Ah I just beat the neutral and pacifist run of this game today oh my god it's great. Napstablook is my fav, along with Toriel. I have a weakness for found families and mother figures.

I'm still on my pacifist run (which is my second playthrough) lmao. I'm always slow with video games. Although I'm very close to the end of Waterfall. My favourite was Papyrus at first, but quickly changed to Sans. Although I've decided I won't think about who I like after Sans until get the true ending.

There are still Homestuck cosplays where I go yearly and the Mortal Kombat groups never fail to show up to the contest, so I doubt that missing the fad time will be too much of an issue.

The kickstarter update is not too much after it ended. Wow,Toby really likes giving progress updates for a game that isn't in beta.

The story seemed to be always pointed towards a suggestion to know more about the skelebros. Everyone else just let their likes and dislikes all out, but Papyrus outright says that Sans doesn't share his tastes with anyone but him; even he only talks about his current hobbies and dreams, nothing about how he got to that point,too.

Well, I got to the point where the demo ends, and although I already knew what to expect thanks to Markipliers LP



these are my thoughts...have fun.

Neutral final boss had to get a new dev entirely to design it, just look at the credits.

Don't worry cowpowa, that character will still show up, though not as much as everyone wishes because their phone gets stolen and you won't find out who did it or that it even happened unless you call at specific instances.
Also, if you still have the demo, check the manual :U for technical limitations it doesn't work on the full game but a certain smart guy decides to have fun with it depending on how you end the demo.

I think I'll be able to finish up my pacifist run tonight!!! I'm really excited to finally see the happy ending, which I've been TRYING to avoid spoilers for. Hasn't worked out too well. Meanwhile, one of my friends is playing no mercy and snapchatting me her journey. She just killed Papyrus and I'm never forgiving her.

They've finally made it to Toriel's house lol. The main thing that's annoying me though is that they keep on ringing Toriel all the time. xD

I thought that sparing Monster Kid kills your genocide run,though? Like Papyrus and Mettaton, it's one of those that throws you into neutral.

The people at Twitch want to go to the neutral route before Undyne apparently. Probably because they will not be able to beat her lmao. Also going genocide until then is a pretty good choice considering they're going to need a lot more health than 20 to get through the game because of how slow Twitch is.

Goddammit Toby. I was hoping the comic will be a slice of life story after the game's ending. :(

To be honest I'm not very excited about this comic now, since it's apparently going to be a comedy and non-canon. I'm guessing Toby wanted to ditch the comic idea since his original plan can't happen, but decided to keep it because it was a stretch goal. So having it based on Sans because 'We will get to know more about him' isn't an option anymore since the comic will more than likely not expand on the stuff we want to know more about. So the comic can be based on Greater Dog and I wouldn't really care. I can actually see people voting for Gaster tbh, since not many people would have made the connections between him and the 'new game'.

It makes me wonder if everything Toby has said during the early days of the Kickstar shouldn't be counted now, since it seems like all of his original plans have been dumped. He even pretty much said that he's not sure how to make the alarm clock idea now. This may include that 'next game' idea he originally planned unfortunately. I hope he didn't fall victim to making too making many stretch goals with high standards, but not being able to actually do them, like what happens to some Kickstarters.

Well,to be fair,he didn't expand on what he was busy about either. If he's doing soundtrack work he really can't just stop and think on a good expansion to the lore, it doesn't mean that someday it won't happen.

In a later tweet,he said he knows there's still Hard Mode and the postcredits boss to finish,but he wants to work on other stuff. Well, I'm salty,but he's the creator and does what he wants to, I'll just have to drown my sorrows in AU comics and animations.

I was hoping for an improvement of Hot Lands/Core since it's my least favourite out of the three worlds. There's something about it that makes me not like it as much as the other two. It might be it's layout and lack of NPCs? Although Waterfall didn't have much NPCS, but it seemed to make up for that with it's brilliant music, atmosphere and design.
Although to be honest other than an improvement of Hot Lands, I don't think much else is needed. Undertale is fine the way it is. I do want to know more about Sans, Gaster and that-character-who's-an-evil-counterpart-to-protagonist (can't say name cuz spoilers), but I don't think they should be explained in Undertale but rather a different project. I'm just hoping that Toby still has plans for that 'other game' and hasn't ditched it.

However, I do find it weird how early in the Kickstarter Toby seemed all for expanding on the Undertale world and stuff, but now doesn't seem to want anything else to do with it. It kind of worries me that maybe he didn't expect the game to become so popular and doesn't want this fame so he's hoping the game's popularity would quickly die out. Like, he probably treated Undertale like a little pet/test project and didn't expect it to be well-received. Although, he has been working on it about two or more years and more than likely just needs a break from it. He might go back to Undertale after some months have past.

I wonder what this postscredits boss is though.
