2015 Skylanders Christmas Ornament [CLOSED]

I found the 2015 Skylanders Christmas ornament today at Walmart. Looks like Gil Grunt was chosen to represent Skylands this year. It's not quite as cool as the Hot Dog from last year, but I picked it up regardless.

Hells yes, another Gill Grunt! I might have to try my hand at 'customizing' an existing figure with this on top. :D

Seriously though, it's not even a playable figure but they had to go with ANOTHER GILL GRUNT?!

There was a Hot Dog one last year? I don't think anyone had posted an image of that on forum or I somehow missed seeing it. Now to put an engine under him and you'll have a Christmas exclusive!

This topic shows what the ornament actually looks like. The above linked topic is not accurate because Hot Dog is actually standing on snow, not grass.

I agree about the quality drop of this year's ornament. It is terrible!!

Got mine the other day as well!!

Not super happy with the fact they chose Gill Grunt...but I just had to have it.

It would be cheaper to get cheap SSA figures and hang them on the tree. They would look better than this too.

Ahh..yes. I remember there was a difference, for some reason. I just did a search and pulled up the first thread. I saw there was another one, but didn't think about there being a difference. Now that I think about it, I wonder why that initial image had grass.
