OK. I thought for sure that the PS4 version would be more successful in terms of finding people to play with. So far I have tried the Xbox one, PlayStation four, and WiiU versions of superchargers with little success. My game just says searching for players indefinitely. So far I have only ever come across one single other racer. Anyone else having this problem?

A lot of times when I go to play there's no timer ( 5 minute wait, 30 second wait etc ) , it's just blank, which I think means the servers are down.

But yeah I dont race much anymore. What with the servers and the players split further by the 3 terrains, it requires me to plan my day around peak hours that people are usually online.

They really need to encourage a terrain type for everyone to play at the same time with increased rewards.

There's definately merit to keeping online co-op as it is though(mechanics, doesn't mean they shouldn't fix some of the issues). It's linked to only one player's save though you can still win stuff for your own, and can be used to help a player progress without confusing the other when they return to 100% theirs.

This is why putting so much of the replay value in the online was a bad idea.

i suspect that the wiiu owners, will have the best chance to play online. its because of people collecting the amiibos. and yes its a bit sad when you finally get online and its pretty much doa. i think if they had kept to the platformer/brawling 4 player gauntlet style(hack and slash, dungeon crawl) it would had been more successful.

It means 0 people are online. If it has a 5 min wait it means some people are in a match and might quit after it tho.

The week between Christmas and New Year should be the most loaded with players online. If not, we can call this online racing feature a failure.

One thing I'd really like to know: are Villains playable online? It'd be neat to race others as

Yes. Villains are playable online. Just make the same as in offline to choose then.
