^ If you owned Mario Galaxy, unlocking Rosalina only took 50 races in MK Wii.
I think it did take like 2500 if you didn't own Galaxy though.

Making it easier if you have a save file of Galaxy is fine though because most people who play Galaxy like Rosalina or are at least indifferent to her.

Not three stars in every cup, that would be near impossible in Wii, as you have to be in first every race every engine class all the time. It's not like 7 and 8 where you just have to finish in first.

So, while I do agree with some of your points, and do appreciate the character myself, she is not that hard to come across in Mario Kart Wii. Being most people who have one of those two games probably have the other, she is probably the easiest one to come across.

Without the Galaxy save file, she is still one of the hardest characters in the game to unlock though. She requires the most work.

Either way, Rosalina hasn't once been a starter character in a Mario Kart game, while many other characters who are genuinely forced to some degree, are. In fact, the only games where she is playable from the get go are Smash Bros, Mario Party 10, and the upcoming Mario Tennis. With that in mind (along with all of the other points I mentioned), I find it absurd and just pure whiny that people say Rosalina is "forced" (in quotations as she is far from forced) into games like it's a big deal, but when plenty of other characters have been forced down our throats over the years, nobody complains about that.
