Regular Dragonfire Cannon and Golden Dragonfire Cannon unlock the same Legendary Treasure, I think that's why you don't get a message if you put one after the other on the portal, but they still both appear in the collection menu.

Ah ok, interesting. It looked before like they removed Golden completely which would be odd to do so.

Still sucks that the chip in the Platinum treasure Chest is the same in the regular Treasure Chest

Yeah... It's the reason I'm actually getting rid of that figure. [The only figure I'm not keeping, because it won't show up in-game, and now since cards are being discontinued. As I still collect variants now...]

Really wish they would fix this, like offering a replacement figure, or even just re-releasing a new version of the figure in Sky 6. (Similar to the Sidekicks VS Minis thing in Trap Team. Which I also got rid of the sidekicks in favor of the Minis, so I guess that makes the Platinum Chest 1 of 5 figures I've gotten rid of?)

And randomly on the subject of variants, and how I collect: The 6 traps villain variants popped up in are the only form of that trap I have. [Exp. Instead of having a Life Torch and a Riot Shield Shredder Life Torch, I only have the Riot Shield Shredder Life Torch.] Although I did mark them all with a very small black rubber band, to remind me that those 6 contain the villain variant coded chip....

It was an error. The image was a cut out from the Skylanders Wikia.
