So after the SRS and the recovery from said surgery, I am not sure what I should do first. Of course I would need to go do some clothes shopping, maybe some checking out the changes in a mirror. But afterwords I should do some other stuff. Any suggestions?

Going to pm myself this thread so I can find it again in the very far future (think summer to fall time)
(Also guys, don't mention breast rubbing >.< yes I may touch the girls a little but I already thought about it, give me OTHER ideas)

I think you're looking a LITTLE too far into the future. Try to take things slower!!
Also you might want to refrain from posting more about this on S&N due to the backlash, I'd try to keep it contained to PMs and PT and such.

At this point I would really recommend against posting this stuff publicly considering how this first appeared and how people still view it. This is a sensitive topic made even more sensitive because of what the original reasoning behind this looked like. Keep it confined to PMs or GB with people like Strider because all this is doing is creating more drama than it needs to at this point.

I also hope you realize that you're making people think trans people are a joke because of the way you're going about doing this, as well as making many people who are trans or even gender fluid uncomfortable (including myself).

Good job trivializing trans and genderfluid people.

So we can't have somewhat mature discussion of life changing events?

Ok, Windumup, not trying to sound too mean, but calm and slow down.
I don't comment on these sorts of things because they're too serious and would ruin my comical image and are ticking time bombs, but you need to stop and think for a moment.
At this point it kinda seems that you're just trying to get attention with all these topics. Honestly, it's offending to people who seriously have an identity crisis and don't feel comfortable in their gender.
Maybe you really are trans, maybe you aren't. That isn't up to me. If you're just doing this because you're honestly desperate for a girlfriend, stop. Becoming a girl won't help you any. In fact, it'll make things worse. I was accused of becoming gay because I apparently "couldn't get a girlfriend" and it honestly made me livid.
Don't jump the gun and start thinking about what to do AFTER you've made a huge life changing decision. Think deeply about this change and actually ****ing make sure it's something you actually want to do. In doing this change, you have to accept that there are people who won't accept this change and will go on to harass you or if you're unlucky, somethings much worse. Maybe you're the type of person that doesn't care what others think, if that's true, good for you (that rhymed :D ). But just stop for one ****ing moment and remember that you're agreeing to get your dick chopped off just for a chance to pick up some "gamer" chick that I'm guessing you picture as the hot girl with glasses dressed with a gamer shirt looking seductively at the camera while holding a controller they probably don't know how to use.

I have been thinking!!! In fact I have been thinking longer then the DS users even realize. I just kinda came to the realization recently of what I am truly meant to be. I do realize not everyone will accept but that is fine by me. Also I am truly not doing this for love, if I do meet a lesbian gamer chick that likes me then great. If not then I am perfectly happy being single for the rest of my life

All I really have left to say on the matter is that before rushing into things like buying clothes or going into surgery or going through methods to change your body make absolute sure that you feel like you are female. Make sure that it's not a phase. You need several months to think about it rather than just a few days or a couple of weeks. You don't want to jump into this and realize it's not what you really felt when it's too late.

Otherwise I'm kinda tired of discussing this stuff and I think both sides are getting too extreme.

Ok.... This is not something you wake up one day and decide. I am taking into account your earlier mention of wearing girl's clothes for the part in the play and stuff, but this is still way too sudden. Now you're jumping straight towards plans for after you go through with it. Before you start making those plans, heck, before you even start planning out when to have your surgery, you really need to sit down and think if this truly is who you are and everything that will come with it.

You may think the people here are being harsh about it, the truth is, the world is going to act worse. For the most part, we're trying to help you and are concerned for you. This is the kind of thing where you may lose friends, have your family turn against you, even have strangers want you dead simply for being you. Now, I'm not trying to tell you to repress anything thoughts or be something you're not. I'm merely saying that before you start planning a date for a surgery and setting aside money for clothes after, take some time and I mean lots of time, think this through if this really is who you are and that you are prepared for all of the consequences that will follow. Another thing to keep in mind, is the surgery will be expensive and you may not have much money for clothes after. (Before you mention it, good luck finding insurance that covers gender-reassignment)

As is, it really feels like you're treating this more as a joke and not like a really serious matter that you just woke up one day and decided to do because you were having troubles getting the ideal relationship partner. To be perfectly honest, this is insulting to others going through this. Please, before planning out your future, think this through.

I agree with this 100%. You need time to learn who you are, and if you have ulterior motives behind that identity.

It's getting very far out of hand here though, it'd be best to give them space and move on.

I have thought this through for years practically, I am just now starting to embrace the girl trapped inside, before I was just lying to myself saying it's just a "phase". And yes I know the world is going to not be as accepting, hell I know my dad will not accept this at ALL. (When he is drunk he calls me his "little boy" which I am absolutely disgusted at! I am 18 not 4!) But honestly I could care less what father thinks, as for my "friends" who don't accept who I AM, well that tells a lot. I am sure I want to be a girl, I won't have any regrets.

Alright.... I just hope that you at least understand how it looks through our eyes. From our perspective, the timing of things just isn't right. Then there's the way some things were worded earlier on in the last thread that gave the impression of some mixed motives. While a few comments were unneeded in this thread and the last, I hope you do know that the forum has your best interests in mind and is merely concerned for you, wanting to make sure you don't do anything you'll come to regret.
