What I really wish is that I would've known that everything was all in my head when I was sick. Yet things like that are supposed to happen because if that never woulda happened I never woulda learned.
I really am my worst enemy. I hate myself! I've made so many bad decisions I can't even count and I just think I'm so stupid sometimes and it's not even a "nobody's perfect" thing, I'm just an idiot!
I'll never be able to convince myself to actually like myself or put all that behind, but I'm improving. I don't have to take anxiety/ panic attack medicine anymore, I'm really happy about that smilie , so things are sorta getting better. I'm gonna take my bestfriend's advice and make the best out of everything. Let's see where I go from here ,hopefully it's better than anywhere I was going before.
