More specifically, trick-or-treating.

I've used an excuse like taking my nephew or any other Halloween-age kid in my family to go trick or treating, and most people I know are either going to a Halloween party or not doing much at all.
I just want some candy, man.

And, what are you planning on doing this Halloween?~

I want to say 'never', but there's a point where people will actually think you're a robber or a creep or something since you're really tall compared to the kids. Do the safe thing and go wear the costume while people trick-or-treat you, and while you're at it get the sweets you want at the store and have a feast, if you can afford that of course.

I'm hoping it'll be slightly chilly on the day(if we do have anything that day,it's unclear now), so I can wear a jacket and a skull mask and pretend I'm cosplaying Sans from Undertale and planned that with any reasonable timeframe. Probably won't happen even if the candy dinner party happens, costume stores are kinda scarce here. If not, spooky things to watch and games to play.

Trick or treating: 15-17. Somewhere in high school.

Celebrating Halloween in general: Never.

I honestly just got bored of it at around 10-11.

I never got a hold on the whole trick-or-treating thing seeing how I lived in Belgium for most of my life and we didn't go door to door and knock on random people's houses and demand candy. So in 6th grade when my Grandma took me, I was literally freaking out saying that you're not supposed to do this.
But yeah, Trick-or-treating probably should end around 18-19. I mean, if you want to still do it go ahead, but expect some strange looks unless you can pass for a teenager.

Around where I live it seems to be frowned upon to trick-or-treat past the age of like 13.

But for Halloween in general you're never too old.

I personally couldn't care less how old you are as long as you're in the spirit and not messing things up for others, but due to others views being different, I'd say at around 18-19 you should consider bringing a younger trick-or-treater with you to make it seem less weird to others.

If you are a hundred and sixty years old, you're too old for trick or treating.

13 is about the age to stop but enjoying halloween in other ways can go on forever. Costume parties are still a thing for older people and wearing costumes and handing out candy is always fun. You also get to take in the spooky mood and enjoy scary movies. Just take in the atmosphere.

One time I decided to play a trick on the kids in my neighborhood heh... trick. and so instead of offering candy I dropped a carrot or something into their bags just to see the confused look in their face before I called back to them while they walked away to actually give them some candy... well around like 11 PM a chubby 13-ish year old and his friend knocked on my door and I dropped an apple into the chubby kids bag and the response I got was a kick in the ****ing leg before they started walking away.

Well, after I recovered I turned to them just as the kids mom I atleast assume it was his mom looked up from her phone and I yelled back "Ya better eat it ya little **** before ya die of diabetes!!" and the look on the moms face made my entire life time as she sprinted towards me to chew me out... luckily I didn't get sued or anything I don't know if you can sue for something like that but i'm sure if she wanted to she would have found a way I just stood there smiling the entire time as some more kids walked up to my door.

Never too old. It's impossible to outgrow it if you were grow into it. By that I mean growing up with it being celebrated annually.

I think it's about 15 where I live. Although since I'm short I may be able to pull it off if I cover my face or something lol.

I stopped when I was 13, mainly because it was too much work to walk that far. I normally go to the bar for Halloween now.

First year of college and I plan on going Trick or Treating with friends.

As long as you wear a good costume I don't think people mind giving you candy. It's all in good fun.

I'm 13 and I want to go but my parents say i'm too old. Idk. But I say around 15 is a better answer
