It is literally the embodiment of what Halloween is about.

Hence the name of the song.

It's also just timelessly catchy.

I don't know much about scary music, but in Sonic Heroes, there are two scary levels. I'll post the music...

Here's the 1 Player version of Mystic Cave from Sonic the Hedgehog 2. It sounds pretty spooky, I have to admit.
