Lets say your hypothetical (Since apparently we have a lot of single users) or actual lover says they like Spyro. Would you bring them onto darkspyro? I am actually not sure if I should. Then again it would be nice.

I'd probably tell them to join the site, and immediately, post selfies in the "Post a Picture of Yourself" topic, and get friendly with some users. Keeping her relationship with me a secret. She can reply to me, but not reveal that we are together.

Then, one day, she has to say something stupid (not TOO stupid), and I jump in and correct it or whatever.

Then we watch and laugh at how many thirsty pre-teen users side with her despite the stupidity of what she said.

I would of course only try something like this when we are well tied together.

I'm not a big fan of the community here but I stay because things have started to improve and I've actually found some topics I get to have interesting discussions about.

Tbh I call it a second home because I'm generally comfortable here since I've been here for so long, thus making the users feel like family in a way since I'm so used to them.

Look its called darkspyro for a reason! You make it sound like this site is evil! I started in the skylanders section and look where I'm now! I've made lots of friends and I visit the site daily!

Look, if she is a fan of spyro then let her join! I mean, I joined for the Skylanders. Just give her the heads up when she decides to go the 'Off topic' section. Let her enjoy the site for what it was built for!

Right, but something can't be TERRIBLE if you like it enough to say such affectionate things about it I'm the first place.

I mean you can have your disputes and off days with something but that doesn't make it terrible forever or anything.

to be honest i think i'm only on here out of procrastination issues and using as a way to make time go by. i admit i don't feel like ds is 'second home' anymore than it used to be simply because all my old friends have left ages ago, so i don't really know anyone apart from a few users. when i was 12 and 13 i used to commit so much more to this site, like writing spyro fanfictions (they were ****ty though) and doing warriors role-play in the role-play section but now i don't do ether of that. now the site is just overrun by horny teenagers making sex jokes constantly and it's just generally different than it used to be. i also missed the times when idle chatter was a more lively place. i think one the main reasons why i still use this forum over others is because i know this site really well and because i've been here for a long time, so i feel most comfortable posting here. other sites that i'm new too i always feel that i can't make posts or create a topic because everyone is judging me for being a newbie (I know they're not like that and more than likely welcoming, but my anxiety is terrible).

the thing is though, i do appreciate this site though because back in the day it was a source of comfort, something to look forward to going to and feel generally loved because of major issues at school (bullying and ****).

EDIT: another reason why i go on this forum is because it's the most active forum i've ever been to
