I got diagnosed with Irlen Syndrome today. [CLOSED]

WELL DIS ****IN SUCKS.

It is a condition where I can't read black on white paper or screens without my head and eyes going weird and missing out words and sentences that I'm reading. I've always known I've had that problem but just thought I had crappy eyesight. I've now got my phone and laptop on inverted colours and I'm gonna have special coloured paper at school.

Just thought I'd let youse lot know. You can get on with your lives now smilie

I doubt Jaggedstar can't go on dS anymore, its pretty easy to invert the page colours of an internet page anyway from what I've seen.

Well, I don't know **** about computers. I didn't even know you could invert the colors. But now, looking back and rereading the post, I see you said you inverted it. Also, wow, dS looks like some 90s site, with the colors inverted.

I don't know if anyone in my family has this-my little sister might, not sure who else. But yeah, crappy eyesight is quite the norm in my family smilie

I honestly don't know. The glasses I'll be getting should help, if I wear them for a few months or even years.

I can change the settings so it's not black and white, but black and colourful, but tbh this is easier on my eyes smilie
