Just to veer off that note, would anyone say that the game will provide enough of the on-foot gameply to collect enough gold and experience to get characters to level 20 and max gold? Just curious.

Moore than enough, zookinator. My Instant Spitfire was level 17 before the two final chapters, and that was skipping a lot of collectibles and even enemies. The onfoot final boss should give you plenty of levels at once, if not Battlebrawl Arena must be a good source.

I bet the Power Blues are Walmart exclusive, since that's the only store we don't know about exclusives. (Well, I guess gamestop too, because Frightful Fiesta is only exclusive there for a week) I really, really hope I'm wrong, and these aren't walmart exclusive, because 99% of Walmarts don't know what the heck skylanders even are.

Instant Spitfire and Hot Streak can be used when in the race modes. Also, someone asked about the quests for the Nintendo consoles. Both Bowser and Donkey Kong have quests, at least for the Wii U version.

Elite Trigger Happy was nerfed! His Golden Yamato Blast does half the damage and ordinary shots do about 35 a peice. A bit dissapointing.

People will probably disagree, I think Splat is th worst SuperCharger. I honestly don't care what they do to her.

Well, it's your opinion if you don't care. Some people wouldn't like Splat as a smurf regardless.

I do like the Gold Rusher though.

Interesting. I'm searching the SuperChargers FAQ in Activision Support, and it says that, AT THIS TIME, the Dark figures and the Kaos Trophy are exclusive to the Dark Edition. So, that means that, in the future, they can be available separately?

I just got the game & poster for PS4 for $20! Cheapest Skylander launch title for me
Prefer the Trap Team Portal and didn't have interest in the Starter figures/vehicle....especially with the lack of included stat sticker sheets. Now I can invest the savings into figures and vehicles I want.

Now I just have to wait to play until more is released because there are currently not any land vehicles out I want.

Wow, it only took them two days to fix a potentially game breaking bug. Good on VV.

Or Beenox. I spaced out during the credits and missed entirely who actually handled the QA and patching this time.

So does anyone know if past Heroic Challenges have any effect on the skylanders this time or like Trap team they are now officially ignored.
I found it odd that Swap force while not having heroic challenges was the last one to at least give you a small tiny stat boost for completing them. But felt like a screw you to those who grinded their skylanders when no stat boost at all was given in Trap Team.

I'd like to know this just because I should go back and do a few Skylanders at least in the annoyingly hard 3 *if you have a fully upgraded skylander but if they aren't acknowledged in Superchargers I assume they are just dead for good and won't bother.

Was this via an update/patch, or do you have some inside word about a new wave of the figure going out? One thing I'm tentatively upset about with this is if it is a patch, down the road, once the various console servers start going offline, there likely won't be any way to play with Nightfall anymore since the correct/patched code isn't included on the discs and will no longer be available. I know it's possible to download PS3/PS4 updates via PC and load them via flash drive--does anyone know if Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo allow game patches/updates to be downloaded the same way? If so, we need to archive that sucker to preserve the long term viability of gameplay. I know there have been a few folks saying "games are only meant to be played right now," but I'm still playing Atari and NES games from 30+ years ago and intend to stretch out the time with my Skylanders as much as possible as well and figure there are other fans in the same boat. Here's hoping Nightfall doesn't disappear on us one day.

It's in another thread, Doug, today's patch fixed Nightfall. And if it's part of the file,you can probably put it on an USB like any other one - at least on the WiiU you can copy patches along with game files.

The Wii U didn't get patched yet :/

Iirc, you can use Instant characters if you have a portal that's not the Superchargers one plugged. Some people could only get them with others.

Hey, I live in the UK, and SuperChargers has not came out yet. I was on YouTube watching amiibo videos, and I looked at my sidebar for recommended videos. I usually watch Fgteev and Skykids, and a video popped up on th side of the Would you call that spoilers?

It's true that I'm still using the TT portal, maybe that's why I got the instant option.

Kinda weird it wouldn't be on the new portal, but whatever. I just want the game without another Stealth Elf or the Skymiibos, so with that option (land vehicle yay - which would it be on the Wii U, Barrel Blaster or Hot Streak?), I could get the base game now for a bit more of a cost instead of waiting until it is (and the characters/vehicles are) really cheap at Gamestop/ebay.

I think we've asked them before (at least I remember someone questioning just putting the Traptanium Kaos' face for all to see ONE DAY IN) but nope, apparently it's your own fault if Related Videos throws it at you. I don't care if it's a kids' game, now the story MATTERS. SO MUCH.

I'd be lying if I said that FGTV and others' absolute lack of respect for spoilers didn't change my mind on getting digital as soon as it showed up on eShop, instead of say giving it a week to have spare money for figs or waiting for physical loose on Ebay. I wasn't taking that risk, and 2 days not looking at youtube is better than a week or several months like last years.

I completely agree. Story spoilers have mattered to me the most since Swap Force. When Giants came out I was little, and actually saw Arkeyan Kaos. I ignored it, not knowing what it was. I am going back to my old roots, and ignoring the thumbnail. I barely even remember it. Maybe we should make a YouTube warning topic?

Adding it to the PSA about Spoilers would be nice if someone hasn't edited that already.

So I was just playing Superchargers, And I noticed something so cool with Buzz and the training. The Skylander can actually TALK to Buzz to get some training (well the Superchargers can) Maybe after a few missions talk to Buzz and they will give your Skylander a challenge. I love it when Smash Hit talks to Buzz lol

Yup, the Supercharger Quests have actual dialogue from the Skylanders. I know it's pretty much impossible but I would LOVE if they did this to all of them someday.

It also adds a lot more to their personality. Spitfire is more reckless than Blades in the comics.

It says defeat enemies with the Connect and Disconnted ability which I am but it's not giving me the points.

And where do you find enemies in the Sky Test area. I need to figure this out for Stormblade's second quest.

No Sky vehicle so no idea. Maybe co-op with someone who knows a good Chapter to use it on?

Can't wait to see Nightfall's quest. Everyone seems to animate and act with such obvious personalities but she seems to be pretty cold and distant.

I discovered you can actually complete these challenges in Story Mode if your Supercharger is driving their matching vehicle. So any Sky area with enemies can be used for Stormblade's challenge.

Just found gameplay of someone doing the Golden Temple track. The general timed Heroic Challenge theme, really? There are TWO levels to remix her themes from and you chose something that has nothing to do with it?
Tropic Plunder is also the standings theme,also known as Mirror of Mystery Battle,instead of the more obvious Cutthroat Carnival or whatever the original level is for Above the Sea in the 3DS version.

Well, between that and GD not playable in other terrains, at least it's safe to say I don't actually want the trophy as much. Here's hoping the Land Trophy delivers.

It's from a french LPer. The levels aren't too exciting either,nothing even changes over the laps in Golden Temple.
