For some reason I'm getting back the hope that Nightfall will be out on release. While that's happening, my inner Elsa is being chased by my dissapointemend.

No codes on Skylanders stickers. Well, that's not going to be a good thing for the mobile games(other than Battlecast).

You can always find the codes for the figures in-game and then type that code for the on-line games.

I didn't expect them anyway, I like(d) Lost Islands, but I don't play it anymore,, so it's no problem for me.

You can find codes in the game,but LI also had a lot of appeal that you could buy the figures just for that game. No way they'd risk sales on that game if they had any perspective of a future for it.

I see it's back! Great! Interesting moves there.

You can watch the Astroblast video again! He walks like he's on the moon and his attacks are all about lasers, comets, crystals and... sheep? Oh and he has a self destruction move that expldes and gives him half of his health bar back when he dies. Hmm, doesn't that remind you of someone?

If you watch the Skylander Boy and Girl Video Epic Portal Surprise it shows that they received Nightfall. I would think they wouldn't send it to them if it was defective...but who knows. Guess we will know in the next day or so.

Aaargh the lens flare. It's funny that they're exploring that cliche for a visual cue of a charge shot,but it's still as shiny as ever.

Astroblast keeps his place in 1st!

I went to check the SC listing on eShop - damn thing is 16.7 GB. I think I'll have to leave it running overnight to download, I wasn't planning on following others in the midnight stuff(and I won't) but I don't trust my internet to do this in less than 4 hours. I CANNOT thank enough the WiiU's previous owner who gave me a 32gb USB with this since he was using it to store the bundled games and nothing else.

Astroblast looks pretty awesome. Love the spaceman theme. They've really done a good job with Light and Dark characters so far (which is good considering there's only three each).

But there are only 2 Light and Dark characters this year Muffin.

He means in general. Counting Knight Light Spotlight Blackout and Knight Mare

Yeah I mean total, including the Trap Team ones.

Ok so basically from the Astroblast gameplay...

Attack 1 is shooting lasers, If you hold it you can charge up a more powerful one (thats the red laser)
Attack 2 is those UFO Crystals I think.
Attack 3 is that Rainbow Kick, Hold it down you summon the sheep of awesomeness
And his soul gem he can revive himself after dying once

Just a theory on what Astroblast is.

Astroblast looks great, can't wait to get him, I'm loving the astronaut-like walk they gave him, and despite his gameplay not looking entirely original, he certainly looks fun to play!

-NONE have codes
-NONE of the Posters include Bowser or Donkey Kong
-Dark Edition HAS a unique Poster
-Dark Edition does NOT have unique Battlecast Cards
-Stealth Elf's Battlecast Cards is S1 and NOT Superchargers Stealth Elf
-It appears that Trophys, Donkey Kong, Bowser, Clown Cruiser, Barrel Blaster & Dark Skylanders do NOT have Stickers or Stats
-NONE of the starter packs include Stickers and/or Stats
-All other characters & vehicles HAVE Stickers and/or Stats

Very very goofy and would like to know why Stealth Elf, Spitfire, Skyamiibos, Darks and Hot Streak are excluded. Makes no sense at all
....especially when exclusive Hot Streak HAD a sticker sheet....?

I think the lack of attention to Bowser & DK from the starter contents is honestly turning me towards wanting the PS4 Starter now instead. DK & Bowser can stay in Nintendo Land where they have true purpose and meaning. These feel more like Amiibos that just so happen to work in Superchargers instead of the other way around.

Nope. Basically it is a shiny hunk of plastic with a chip inside. Kind of disappointing really.

Also the vehicle's have elemental symbols on the bottom.

Agree with Bifrost, those lens flare are abit too much flashy but it's still prototype gameplay after all so I'm expecting to see some changes with his final version.

Has anyone noticed Shark Shooter Terrafin and Big Bubble Pop Fizz's gameplays after Astroblast's?

Sadly, it's being far too late for me to stay awake and as I'm a very long sleeper, I probably won't post anything in the next ten hours. Can't wait to see new variants and the Nightfall dilemma of course

I'm gonna try to get a good night's sleep in a bit too; probably will miss the start of a few LPs and streams but I tried playing video games after little sleep and I manage to be even worse than usual at them; not to mention it's not healthy.
