Well, I'm not really impressed with this game after seeing more level footage so it's not much coming from me. And yes, I know about skipping his dialogue, it's actually that you can skip it after you've heard the specific line during your play session (like if he mentions Time Attack and he says it again, then you can skip it).
If portalpowertv keeps posting spoilerific clips like this, it's very likely he'll share a similar fate like that instagram user who nearly posted the entire game of Pokemon X that he bought days before its public release.
Instagram account removed, legal trouble, reputation butchered, any potential jobs he has will be notified of his deeds by the game company. Poor guy.

"Soon all of Skylands will tremble at the awesome might of Malefor, the Undead Dragon King!"
It's even more relevant than last page.
C'mon monday just arrive already. As I said, will still be around on Discussion and the odd thread but it'll be easier to find me grinding in Flight Rising this week. Or playing Super Metroid, that game is humiliating my short attention span and I love it.
News tho? Instagram unfortunately shows up on Google. It's done for me, I loved doing it this year and I'm happy news thread went smoothly, but blind playthrough needs to be blind.

Also, apparently Disney thought that making Arrowanna Mall in Infinity for a cheap Splatoon reference(or ripoff since it's after an existing level and not exactly lawyer friendly) is totally fine and not going to get them sued.
C'mon, even for those that don't like the Mario Kart aspect of SC, at least VV TRIED to make it sorta new and fresh.
Ok, back on topic of the game; should there be a spoiler safe thread once the game is out? I mean, it's fine to post them here now where it's one line or a small paragraph, but once the speculation starts becoming entire posts, maybe separating the two would be a better idea?
Unless we have a thread for spoiler-free reviewing,of course, to convince people to get the game without mentioning anything juicy.

I concur with Bifrost's suggestion. I'm not getting the game till Black Friday, and I don't want this to end up like Giants where I already knew the story a month before I got the game (I got it when the Wii U came out). There should be one more thread here in the Stickies, labelled "Superchargers Spoiler Discussion Thread", or something along those lines. It would make it convenient for many people who aren't getting Superchargers day one.
I agree with both of you, I'm not getting the game until two weeks after it's release date, and I'd like somewhere to talk about the 3DS version at least.
EDIT: Oh yeah, the upgrade that turns Spitfire red is the Flamenado upgrade path, so it's an optional thing if you wanna keep him blue.

Thank god! Now i know which path I'm going to choose.
Would these be considered newsworthy? Seeing as we know most of them already, I don't really think I should post them on the News topic. Want to make sure. Anyway, tumblr user Goth-Dicax has taken screenshots of the starter characters' upgrades. I'll refrain from posting the user's page itself, as there's little bits of NSFW that Goth has reblogged. The user writes,
Sorry these images are blurrier than the Stealth Elf ones…. See, the player 1 controller for the Skylanders Superchargers demo went on the fritz, so it became a regular fight to keep the upgrade focus still, let alone take a good picture…. Now, I didn’t play as Spitfire, personally, but it looks like he’s more situational than Stealth Elf - if you like faster and harder to hit gameplay, the top tier [Mega Marathon - Nitro Boost - Triathlete] path is for you. But if you like to be aggressive and in enemy faces, then the bottom path [Flamenado 2 - Fuel Injected Claws - Volcanic Armor] is the way to go.
This INCREDIBLY blurry image is of his soul gem “The Flamenadoing”, which cause explosions at the beginning of every Flamenado, as well as basically confirms that Flamenadoes are an odd homage to “Sharknado”. Because Terrafin must’ve refused that in his contract, or something….
Oh man that's a forced reference. Well, at least ability spoilers are a-ok for me, since it's going to be visible the first second I enter that menu anyway - during SSA maybe it'd be harder to figure out but it's been a long time.
It doesn't even get projectiles!
But urgh, while not every picture looks like a filter+copy and paste of the other, some definately are. Well, baby steps, and if the rest of the game is amazing, we'll barely look at this anyway.
Wait, if you play as Whisper Elf and SSStealth Elf, how does the soul gem even work?

While on the topic of that Mr. Leaks-A-Lot Instagram user, I've seen a real interesting level reach the surface. Story-wise. Literally story-wise. That is all, just wanted to get that out there. If you've seen it already, you already know what I mean. I don't want to spam this page with spoiler tags anymore times than I have to.

Just keep the juicy bits inside the tag. But yeah, the levels were all spoiled in the Achievement List leak, so much I ended up spoiling myself on a few(thankfully harmless) names because the list with pictures is out of order.

Hrm. Alright. It revolves around lore, Bifrost. So, if my lurker knowledge is correct, you'll be pleased. I'll keep it hidden for you, Drek, and the blindfolded others, though. We may just see more of this story in the cinematic trailer tomorrow, anyway.
That "storybook level" looks really intriguing. Look at those beefy, cartoon lines! Reminds me a bit of cell-shading. So far I see Splat, Dive-Clops, and a bit of High Volt's side in there. I'm going to assume this may take place in the Spell Punk Library. Just y'know, 'cause books...and stuff. Yay for more lore!

I have a question, whose gameplay have we not seen yet?
Astroblast and Smash Hit. Thrillipede and High Volt showed up yesterday, but Smash Hit had like 3 seconds of footage and I haven't seen Astroblast outside a vehicle in anything.

How did someone get the game early!? Thats awesome
Reviewers for the press got the game early, I think. Otherwise they're just high-upper Portal Masters who get special treats from Acti. Don't think that's the case, however.

I agree with Bifrost. Let's create a spoiler-free Topic to talk about the game. People like me can't play the game in the launch, but these people want to talk about the game. I just starting to have fear of entering this Topic.
Yeah, the Maggi ad was using Wii graphics when you compare to Overview, and had things already shown in that one as well. The article implied it'll hint towards the darker aspects of the story, not 30 seconds of Kaos saying what we already know.

A cinematic trailer usually tends to focus on, well, the cinematic story of a game. That trailer was pretty much just gameplay with 10 seconds of Kaos gloating. And as Bifrost said, it obviously was using Wii graphics, and might have been from a very early build of the game.
I got the DK and Bowser comic at gamestop today. Thy gave it to me when I purchased a figure.
It was Mags that summoned them to skylands. It was supposed to just go through the Skylands but it traveled across worlds.
They didn't have elements, they found to rift engines and touched them, it assigned them life and fire.
I will post more in a bit.
They were attacked by someone named "Captain Blubberbeard" and he has a band of pirate greebles (at least they look like greebles). They were actually the purple enemies you fight in Rainfish Riviera.
The pirates actually had just robbed the academy, Eruptor and Roller Brawl were chasing them.
The rift engines seem to have some sentience to them, they recognized who touched them.
Bowser doesn't want to help, Buzz has to bribe them with vehicles.
DK doesn't speak, he just grunts.

So Bowser does talk! That also kills my "Signal was supposed to go to Kirby intentionally theory.
