Well, the kid that got the Air figures was "smart" enough to cut the video it so that you can only see the most important part... oh and when I say "most important" I'm talking about the figures.

Useless news of the day: brazilian websites are translating Guha Bala's catchphrase as 'fleeting vehicle fantasy' because we don't have a word for over-the-top that isn't the same as exaggerated(which in here has mostly negative connotations).

On real news,nah,today is repost day for the youtube channels trying to fool people into watching stolen Skyfamily videos. The only news before the final trailer will be the TRU event probably.

Hopefully the final boss won't be as ridiculously easy as Robo Kaos and Super Evil Kaos was, and isn't nearly as annoying as Ultimate Traptanium Kaos was.

I really liked it too.

I played the game on Medium so it wasn't frustrating but simply challenging and really, really cool.
Super Evil Kaos is a piece of cake even on Nightmare.

I'm sure this game's final boss will be even better than the last one.
I don't even know if it will be Kaos, this time...

The bosses on Medium are probably all fun mechanics wise - but seriously,someone stop the Bullet Hell fanboy in TFB from touching the higher difficulties. Trying to see how much crap on the screen can show up before there's a framerate drop is NOT an objective. The spectacle of dodging the thing is great but there's a point where it becomes frustrating and even physically painful(definately hurts having to do quick analog motions,jump and switch to villain all at once for 10 minutes straight) and I played Touhou before(failing spectacularly at it but details).

That said, I still think Robo-Kaos wins on spectacle. It's slightly underwhelming seeing a NPC fight for you,but how even the song would work into the motions and the small moments you could get hits in was enchanting.

^Yeah. Chef Pepper Jack on Nightmare mode is unfairly difficult. He tosses so many stakes that the entire arena is covered with lava. And that actually freezes the game on the Wii version.

The final TT is soooo baaaad. I like UT Kaos' design but the fight so poorly done. It was hard but not in a clever, well made way. All he does is spam the same attacks over and over and of course dodging the sharks, which we've seen tons of times before in previous TfB boss battles.

I thought as much, I was through all 6 levels in one sitting and there were some serious lag spikes when he threw the second wave and that's on X360; thankfully not as much when I turned it back on hours later. The mechanic that the hazards don't despawn is nice but at least don't do that on the resource intensive stuff.

Also, I think I might've pieced some things together. No story spoilers, just level names.

Many articles that mention the sad twist are from the event where Cluck's Chicken HQ were played.However, from the looks of things,it'd be too much of a mood whiplash to throw it so close together.
However,the Academy gameplay shows something - the Eye of the Ancients objective. Because of tracks being based on levels, we can guess that the Vault of the Ancient and the Mystic Vault might be the last duo(others being that farm level and Chompy Garden and Cloudbreather's Crag and Dragon Spine), and if you guys heard the theme, Mystic Vault's track is surprisingly sad.
Eye of the Ancients seems to be found in the Monstrous Isles since that's the prompt when they talked to Flynn... So, possibly, the sad twist is between Monstrous Isles and Vault of the Ancients, opened in the QA copy of the game since it might have level skipping like the Giants copies had?


I'm probably thinking about this too hard,but c'mon, US timezones are usually at least 2 hours behind mine so I've been up for a while waiting for the TRU news. Bored out of my mind while it's not lunch.

So how's the TRU demo going? I'm guessing well since everyone seems really quiet Lol

Haven't been on in a while and I'm probably not going to be for a while longer seeing as there's only ~1 week left (spoilers obviously.) I sadly couldn't make it to TRU because there's like 3 of them in the entire state of Maryland and all three are conveniently nowhere near me. Ugh. I'd love to play the demo

I waited for an hour and we thought that the portal was defective. Turned out it was the material it was sitting in was interfering with it.

I'm still waiting. Every TRU in Las Vegas "Oh, the Xbox is giving us problems, I don't think we can do it!" I could have seen the figures (because I always love to see how they look in real life, even if I have seen them on here before) but my local TRU replaced everyone who knew what they were talking about, and found the most unhelpful people they could. I asked if I could see one of the figures, and they guy working didn't respond, and kept scanning them, but only pulling the pacs out enough to scan the barcode. He was seriously trying his hardest to not let me see.

Seriously? Wow, Acti should just release the demo to the consoles and let us actually see it this weekend. Doubt that rescheduling will help the fact some stores don't know how to videogame to begin with.

But hey, at least it comes with some cards to help starting Battlecast,not that a lot of people have the right phones/tablets for it.

So,apparently review copies are shipping already,but the review embargo goes up until launch day? I don't want to wade through a sea of spoilers to see the safe reviews, and that'll hurt day one more than anything.

Either way, TRU seems to be more at fault for today's mess than Acti at the very least. So while I was bored waiting for the news that probably aren't coming, I did a little something I was promising for a while -

Wouldn't it be the same effect as having working demos and tales of wonder about how great the game is?
