I need some moderates, and people who have experience with forums.

Can I moderate? Also I think you should have a brick system like the sparx levels on here.

I do get that point, but as long as people keep advertising their forums on S&N only that's not going to change either.

As a compromise they could make a post there and a topic here, but that could seem a bit redundant.
