I and other mods have asked more than once already to keep the dragen in the dragen thread. He got multiple MMs for the spam in that thread and he continued to not stop.

So he gets a 1 hour time out.

The dragen spam in my empire, is because I have a dragen army in my empire. Please, if that was the reason, me and Qcumber mean no harm with the dragen army.

I get that you don't mean harm but we asked that you keep it in the main thread for it considering the flooding it caused before. And even after multiple MMs he continued in the thread.
