That is total bull****. If anything, it seems to be getting worse for me. Just because I'm a college student that doesn't mean I'll get used to it, or ever will. And just because I'm a film major that doesn't mean I like being the center of attention with all eyes on me. It's getting to the point now where if it's my turn to present a project or even just read in front of the class, I'm scared to even open my mouth because I'm worried that it won't be words coming out. What do y'all want from me? Why can't you just leave me alone? Are public speaking fears and anxiety not a concern of yours? Because really, all of this doesn't help me at all, no matter what you might think.

I wish I would stop comparing myself to others all the time. I know I don't have to be like them, I should just be me and strive to be a better me instead of hoping to be like someone else. But it seems like whenever I see or hear about how great someone is it makes me feel so inadequate and makes me want to just give up. I wish I could actually feel great for once. I don't want to be that person who wants to be the best at everything but it would be nice to be the best at something at least. But no matter what I do, it's never enough.
