3 Questions, what is it like being a mod? Do you need to commit you life to the website and be on every chance you get? Do you get paid?

1. As Spyro Fanatic said.
2. No, I probably spend roughly 2-5 hours on the site per day.
3. Nope, it's entirely voluntary.
