Look, start of school is meant to be nervous. You'll fit right in.

Dad tell me when I cant sleep is to close your eyes and don't open them. Works every time. If I still can't sleep I listen to the tune on my GB over and over again.

Look, if your worried about your friends being in different classes then just hope for the best.

Ask your teachers the situation, they're there to help you. Take the day head on and just tell yourself that before you know it, you'll be back home before you know it. See how the day takes you.

Learning isn't meant to be scary, it's fun to explore thing that are are new. Be yourself. Be an example to others. Be the best you can be.

Your never alone. I learned this the hard way. I remember in grade 5, I sat on the oval alone and I'd sketch drawings. That all I did. Being alone isn't all bad. I mean, I don't really have 'best' friends but I've plenty of friends or acquaintances.

That's because I'm different. I'm the only fully religious person in my grade. I've never said I sware word or had a smoke or harmful drugs or anything like that. I was worried that people would make fun of me but it was the opposite.

If you do end up being alone then you can always turn to smilie There is plenty of people here that'll talk. I'm open to anyone. Try not to be scared. You'll be fine.

Is it to much to ask what grade you'll all be in, I mean with some cases people have got it worse. I'm in grade 11 and it's week 7 of Term 3. I'm legally able to leave school and get a job right now but I choose to get a better education.

If I fail any of my subjects then the school can throw me out in the big wide world. Seriously though, when you reach grade 11, your social life doesn't matter. As I said, I've no best friends but lots of acquaintances and I don't mind this because of school.

School isn't about learning anymore, it's about passing.

Enjoy your innocent years while they last because believe me, they pass by quite quickly.
