I tape my laptop webcam, but not my tablet's since I use the camera often.

Ahh right ok! I completely misunderstood it xD In answer no but I always do worry if people have like hacked it or something and if I happen to be getting dressed while my laptop's on then I'll put a cloth over it or partially shut the lid but not very often.

Also my post was deleted, yes. Probably because of how bluntly I put it. But yeah, people can watch me if they want, they won't see much because of the angle my cam is at, and if masturbation becomes illegal, then I guess I'm going to jail. Where I will probably drop the soap. I:
