I believe that dark should add a beginner's guide to the forums for the new users, so the older ones don't have to explain everything to new users when they join.

It could contain all the basics, like accessing the forum, how all the tags work, how to send a PM, Guestbook management, and contain a few helpful tips and tricks to the forums.

Help Files.

Dark should still add Guestbook managing things to the help files, such as how to edit your Page or how to respond to other people.

I do agree. The Help Files are extremely lacking on a lot of basic things. Dark should work on this seriously.

So just a more detailed version of the help files?

Yes, techincally. Alot of smilies we can use on this site are not mentioned on the help files. Many Guestbook basics are not there. Avatar changing (The gallery) as well as a much more detailed version of the help files.

I think test52 should be a PM bot that sends an updated rules to new users.
