I do. I'm getting fat.

There's more to weight loss than exercising and telling people that they are overweight. There's a diet too.

I probably would exercise or get some, if my family wasn't paranoid as hell when I ask about walking outside (Although we do have some crazy arse neighbors). If the house had more space (Actually that might solve a lot more problems of mine if it had another room). Or if I didn't live in dangerous Desert of deadly temperatures and degrees.

Unless you honestly have PHD or a Medical License telling me that you know exactly what you talking about, then maybe I would try. But you are a common user.
