I usually do check my posts. I actually write my posts with Word and read them from word to word to check for possible errors. Of course this practice and its quality will drop significantly if I’m very, very drunk.

I do it for ones that have more than a few sentences or if I write something short I'll sometimes preview it just to see if it looks alright. And I don't necessarily mean in like the grammatical sense, I just want to make sure it's visually pleasing smilie And then I'll preview it to see if I need to justify the post (two lines or more is usually when I do it).

No, I just look at them after I post them because I rarely include pictures and/or links. I just edit them if there is a spelling mistake e.t.c.
