I'm a magnet for bad luck, I haven't won an auction in years. Anyone else have this problem? Or are you all using sniping programs...

i usually try to get the buy it nows because i always forget to be present at the end of the auction

At least buy now guarantees you get the item and the price is usually still agreeable.

I should have rephrased that. smilie

Actually, it doesn't make much sense when some online games will permaban you for using automated software, but on eBay where real money is at stake, you're free to use any automatic bidding program.

I seriously do wait until an auction has less than a minute left before I start bidding on it. I don't go on ebay often, but when I do, yeah....
