Varedis, Nefarian, Onyxia, Sethria, Ysera, Chromatus (do hydragons count?), Lucian, Darakon, Centuria, Dalados (Do mechanical dragons count?), Deathwing, hmm, there are others but they haven't been fully formulated yet... Thanatos (do half-phoenixes count?), Luminas, Skouri, Storm, Teron, Keron, Pyrina, Snow, Mesphito... Anymore after that, no, not fully formed ones...

Just put down your name, your style of leading, who you plan to make alliances with, and if you have been in any other armies and can prove that you're fit to be in one.
