I do when I jump out of shine in Melee because it's easier that way. Other than that never

I turn it off so I can do utilts better.

Tbh utilts are just good for racking up damage at the start of the battle, I don't use it much.

And yes, I do have it on.

Captain Falcon, Ganondorf, Ike, etc don't use their utilts to rack up damage at the start of the battle.

Honestly up tilt is plenty easy with it on for me.
