I can't stand properly [CLOSED]

So I was going over some excerciess and my partner made it painful all night.And it's still hurts in the afternoon I can't walk or stand or sit proply so I came to the best people what do you all recommend?

If the pain is in your muscles, you're golden. It just means that you worked out hard. Eat a lot of protein, drink a lot of water, and get a lot of sleep to optimize muscle growth.

If the pain is in your bones/joints, you screwed up somehow. Go see a doctor.

Also Pineapple juice can help, it breaks down the lactic acid build up in your muscles.
