It's exactly the same though.

They could've always reused assets, it'd be lazy but it's not impossible.

But hey, over any SF level(except maybe Rampant Ruins), I'm okay with Iron Jaw Gulch being a hub VV's bias aside. AS LONG AS, if it doesn't have a new theme, it has its actual theme. This is not the same as this. In fact, the latter is just Dragon's Peak with slower tempo, it's just not the laziest in SF because of Serpent's Peak. The official track doesn't even play on the level, it plays on Motleyville for 30 seconds.

Well, when the most interesting figures in this game are Bowser and Donkey Kong with a "very Nintendo feel"... You know what I'm trying to say...

The game looks good but ONLY Spitfire and High Volt stand out for me. The vehicles is where all the charm went this roaster. I'm mainly more excited for the Wii and 3DS versions.

On topic, net died on my house as I was going to talk about some findings in some nice raw commentary-less footage. Gill Grunt has a new line(maybe everyone will, for the vehicle sections?), and the engine is too damn loud no matter the terrain to the point you can barely hear the song, really hoping someone just messed up the audio options. Phone is hardly the best way to article/footage hunt so ot might be all I'll be finding today.

EDIT: Nvm made internet fix itself, as usual. Crisis averted.

No, but on the website, SS Stealth Elf has her Catchphrase, along with storm blade and Spitfire. Bowser and D.K. Don't however, and that makes me think they will just make their stander MUWAHAHA! and that monkey noise D.K. makes

Stealth Elf kept her catchphrase, we've seen her magic moment. Gill Grunt always shows up supercharged or after the vehicle so it skips the intro. But new lines means yes, they can still call in the VAs for +110 characters for a few more lines.

Hmmm maybe when the game comes out, the intro won't skip? It annoys me a little.

Whoa! The Crypt Crusher looks amazing! That will totally be my first land veicle to pick up on day one!

Huh, Crypt Crusher does have hand details, looking pretty nice - much more detailed than the Hand of Fate, even if it doesn't seem to glow in the dark.

The details on Crypt Crusher's hands are truly amazing.

And it's pilot looks great as well!

I'm afraid I can't find anything on the forum (and if it was asked, the "wait" and "Question" in the header for the topics certainly doesn't help for searching) but was it confirmed if the new Supercharged versions of characters will work in previous games? For instance, will Super Shot Stealth Elf appear as a regular Stealth in previous games?

I don't recall it ever being confirmed one way or the other and no one appears to have asked that question since these are "new" characters.

I speculated this earlier, but it hasn't been confirmed thus far.

For all we know anyway, it could've been a prototype GR that was scrapped.

Iiii don't think it's that needed yet. We're still not on last year's level of 3 pages of absolutely nothing worth reading, I'm still trying to at least find mod names whenever we find existing level footage and other tidbits.

Did a little looking around, looks like Activision doesn't know what to do, or they do and are trying to make it a surprise. But its based on opinion and belief I guess: Online Status

This is over a month old, now that Comic-Con went by we know there is online since it's in the actual starter pack. Acti was probably trying to leak fix and caused more issues than anything by trying to lie.

Considering Smash Hit's name, it would be very funny and ironic if the character actually ended up being a huge shelfwarming flop.

He's there on the preorder box and can be seen.

Gamescon is still a week away, we're not the only game waiting for news so I think this time it's fair. But some trailers wouldn't hurt ._.

Yeah I think we should be happy with what we know. Remember last year when Trap Team was out? We barely knew half of the cast or any of the games' special features at the time and we were nearly 2 months from release. Now we know literally every figures' release or at least an indication which we never had a complete list in any of the other games before.

Though different devs and different release dates mean different methods. I meant more that a ton of games are waiting for Gamescon and it's just a single week; we're not stopping the wave of information with just one game so it won't hurt to wait a tiny bit more. Now, if they skipped Gamescon, we could worry.

I'm just saying.... It's been almost two months since e3 and we got NOTHING at SDCC and E3 wasn't that special either...
