Gabe gave a nod in the affirmative, not really having anything to add to the previous comments.

"A Heart, huh?" Celeste replied. "A Heart being nearby would explain the vibe I've been getting for the past few weeks," she said, glancing upward at her horn. "I'm well aware of the Heart Theory, given the nature of what I am," she explained. "Hmm, Hazel. I hope she's paying damn well, because this is a high-risk job she's asking you to do."

"Well if there is no money in it I am out" Sorin thought but did not say anything.

"So, uh... We should probably get going." Axel said.

Melissa nodded, "Thank you for the hospitality though, and you could always come with us,"

Celeste chuckled. "You're leaving already? I thought you came here for a lead," she said. "I do know about every rumor in town, in addition to being naturally magically perceptive." She stood and circled the group before stopping. "I could answer any questions you have."

"Uh, I don't know." Axel said, looking back at the group to see what they think.

"Guys... we came here for information. Celeste... what can you tell us?," Darin said noticing how inpatient the group could get.

"About the hearts?" Celeste replied. "Ancient. Nobody knows what they're for, but they can give an individual some kind of power, supposedly." She explained, stopping to check her nails and adjust her jacket.
"There are lots of theories as to their actual use, the most popular being that they're the actual hearts of the universe, essential to everything, blah blah blah," she heaved a sigh. "That's complete bull, though. One was destroyed awhile back with no ill effects," she said, starting to fix herself a drink. "My theory? They're magical stabilizers, left over from a time when there was more instability. Just a theory, though. They could also be forged weapons, or catalysts for powerful magic."

Celeste finished mixing her drink and took a large swig before placing the glass forcefully back on the counter. "You want a location? Fury is a volitile Heart. It'll be where the action is. Try behind the bowling alley, they host fights there nightly, sort of a back-alley gladiator ring," she said, taking another drink. "If that doesn't work, it'll be in Firelight. That's where the real magic happens."

"As for Vassallo," she continued. "I've only met her twice. I can't vouch for her over-all reputation, seeing as she lives out in Duskharbor. I know from personal experience that she's arrogant, a loud-mouth, and a terrible kisser," Celeste finished her drink. "But I've never seen her do anything dangerous."

"Terrible kisser? How did that come under Personal Experience?" exclaimed Melissa

"It's a short uneventful story," Celeste chuckled. "One that ended abruptly because she talks too much. Anyway, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. I'm off work tonight, so I'm pretty flexible. Otherwise, go on and head off, unless you need a place to crash."

"These.. these stabilizers. Could their magic work between universes-- to connect them or to bring someone or something into another realm?," Darin asked hoping to find a good answer.

Celeste shrugged. "The hell if I know. They have multiple functions, each one has differing properties. Connections to the multi-verse are fully possible though." She shrugged. "Inter-realm travel is out of my area though. I'm just a bartender."

"I see.," Darin said after a moment of silence. "That is something I'll have to look into later--thank-you.," he then said.

After finishing eating, his salad, Myrin remains in his current location as jut listen. His deep, dark midnight blue eyes gleam brilliantly even in the darkness. He watches the centaur lady, but makes no movement.

"So they have yet to realize just who I am. Well the time will come when I reveal that. For now, I will remain a mystery, to the party. It is best that I do until such time," Myrin says to himself.

Melissa laughed alightly at that thrn asked, "If you got hold of all thw Hearts, would you be able to like, cobtrol all the magic in the world or summin?"

"Whatever it is... we should probably make sure that Hazel is, well... not planning anything dangerous with it. At least, before we hand it over." Gabe said, looking a bit doubtful about the task he'd agreed to.

"I wish I could tell you more about her," Celeste sighed. "But this place has it's own inner workings. Gossip from elsewhere seldom reaches us," she explained. "And nobody cares about it if it doesn't happen here or up in Firelight." She wrote a number on a slip of paper and placed it on the table. "So here's my number if you need anything. I'm kinda the 'town auntie' for this district. Anyway, it's getting late. I got floor space if you need to crash, just don't wake me up." Concluding her advice, she strode off to bed, leaving the group to stay or go if they please.

"What now?" Axel asked.

"Now we go-- unless you guys wish to get some shuteye first.," Darin said looking at the others. "It'll be best to hit the bowling ally at night, but we can also wait and go to firelight.," he added.

Myrin stands up and joins Darin, without a word. His deep, dark midnight blue eyes gleam in the light. Running a hand through his long, white hair, he waits for the others to decide. Whether the party rest for a while or go, it matters not to him.

"I son't like charity all that much, and I believw that Celeste has given us enough, we ahould go and trouble her no more,"

Distant, mirthful shouts could be heard from the streets outside.
From her room, Celeste called, "There's coffee on the counter, if you need it for the road! It's kinda old, though!"
On the counter was a coffee pot, made that morning. It was likely bitter now, but it looked plenty safe to consume.

Axel walked over to the coffe. He drunk out of it. "Eh, still better than the pieces of scrap food people threw at me on the street..." He said.

Darin looked over at Axel. "Sorry to hear that. At least they try to help-- that at least says something.," he said. He glanced at the coffee, but decided against it.

Likewise, Melissa turned down the beveragw.

OOC: I haven't abandoned this,:I've just been busy with school. Everyone needs to decide on what they're going to do so I can progress the plot.

OOC: Nor I-- just waiting for the others and understandable.

"Come on guys.," Darin said looking at the door. "We should head to the ally while it's still night.," he said prepared to go.

"You all go ahead, I'll join you in a little while. I'm going to stay with Celeste for a while longer. Just be careful out there, I would hate for anything bad to happen to any of you," I say, as I go deeper into the house.

"Should we stay or should we go? But this sitting on the fence business is irritating me."

"If you want to stay-- stay. Celeste could always use the company.. but those leaving should really get going.," Darin said wanting people to make an decision and on his way out.

Sorin walked out it could be seen from his face that he was not very satisfied with the things he had heard.

Deciding to follow the others for now, I quietly close the door to the house as I step out. I walk slowly but fast enough to keep pace with the others. My deep, dark midnight blue eyes shimmer in the light of the glowing plants.

Melissa heard a gruff bark and turned around to see the full moon behind here, without ealizing it, sge sliwly ahifted into woolf firm.
