Because I have no idea which other Psy-type pokemon we...didn't have yet in gen 4...hmm...umm...Since that list of pokemon that have already been there appears gone for me...

That's because I don't want people to be able to eliminate anymore, because eventually it'll become 100% chance for certain ones. People forget the old ones and guess them again.
