I wonder if dark is like us?
The oldes one plays videogames but she's not really into it.
I can't play with anyone (sadness)
But talking about it with other people is kinda fun!

She'll grow out of it. You said she's 9, right? She's a little too old to be acting that way, if you ask me, but she'll grow out of it at some point. Maybe she's hyperactive? Talk to your parents about her behavior.
Also, in my statement, there was a "likely" and a "might". Younger siblings won't always be nice back if you're nice to them, just as they may not want your approval.

Well clearly it's not working very well.
Or she's just trying to be a jerk. Has she always acted like this? She could just be in the stage where it's fun to annoy you. Doesn't make it right though. Tell your parents to start correcting her when she does that stuff to you. If it really bothers you, talk to them about it.

My friend's daughter has just been diagnosed with Austism and a sensory disorder.

Might be worth getting her checked out, because the behaviour pattern sounds the same.
