Hypersensitive mod much?

I posted a satirical topic criticizing an intelligent black conservative economist named Thomas Sowell for a quote, and I got a moderated message that reads:


"Topic look at this stupid uncle tom
Message content [User Posted Image]

Obama needs to beat this capitalist fool up
Reason for deletion Racism / Hate Speech"

Is it because I said "Uncle Tom?" If so, do understand that in addition to me being satirical, the phrase "Unlce Tom" is often used by liberals, usually referring to black republicans.

You don't say the n-word as "satire", you shouldn't say this either. It's INCREDIBLY demeaning.

People on this site have said a certain derogatory f word for gay people satirically before without getting in trouble (bypassing the censor in some way) Your point?

It's hard to tell what's satire and what's serious on this site. I suggest just staying away from sensitive material regardless.

I didn't say you were, but I've noticed that you're one of the main ones. And most of the time political topics just cause arguments that lead to nowhere. And the "satirical" one you posted kinda crossed a line.

Metallo sometimes does, I think CAV has once or twice. Pixilism does sometimes, but in a less serious manner.

I try not to. When you talk politics America, everybody loses. Especially with youngsters. Maybe this doesn't apply to the site exactly, but most younger students in my hometown think they're political experts and will try to debate you into the floor. ;>.>

I never said anything like that

What I mean is, you're making a massive oversight by saying I'm the only person who brings up politics. It doesn't matter if my political posts are the only ones that start controversy and arguments. Any political topic could be controversial; Metallo's topic today about gay marriage could have started a huge war if we had more people like Ryanator on this site.

Hell, that "Post Donald Trump" topic you made recently could arguably be seen as political since it's bringing up someone who just recently announced that he would be running for president. It was humorous and all, but it's still bringing up a political figure.

Whether or not a political topic causes controversy doesn't mean that it isn't political or capable of starting controversy.

I apologize for telling you to "Take your Morris-Hate goggles off," however to say that I'm the only one here who brings up politics is a grotesque oversight.
