Yoshi as an Amiibo-lander would be sweet. As for the returning core Skylanders, I'd choose Spyro, Pop Fizz, Star Strike, Drobot, Chopper, Dino-Rang, Flameslinger, Slam Bam, Chill, Punk Shock, Echo, Zook, High Five, Fright Rider, and Grim Creeper.

Crash Bandicoot. 'nuff said.

As far as returning characters go, I want Pop Fizz to be the returning magic character. I wonder what new things they could do with his transforming gimmick?

As far as guest characters go, I definitely agree about Crash Bandicoot. He's already been in tons of games with vehicles before so he'd be a perfect fit as a supercharger. Also Activision own the rights to him, so unlike the amiibolanders he wouldn't need to be console exclusive.

Speaking of amiibolanders...I'd really love a Kirby amiibolander. He could have several different copy abilities based on what enemies he swallows. And he could have a flying vehicle based on the Warp Star that supercharges into a vehicle based on the Dragoon. It'd be awesome.

As for unrevealed ones, Kirby could be an interesting Magic skymiibo, and Chill could have been a cool SuperCharger. I'd even like to see how they would redesign the Giants.

But Knight Light and Bushwhack have human looking designs. Pit and Link aren't really any more human than they are.


I'd prefer non-human characters like Kirby and Sonic, though.

Wham-Shell, Boomer and VooDood...that is all.

But Knight Light and Bushwhack are still much bigger than regular humans.

Pit and Link are human-size and really look too similar to them.
Maybe Pit could fit, but I don't expect him to be included.

Regarding the answer in the post, I would want brand new characters that don't already exist.
No revamps (they already excluded some of the "forgotten" Skylanders, such as Ghost Roaster, Sunburn and Boomer but there might still be hope for Voodood... Nah, who am I kidding?), no guest stars.

Just new and original Skylanders.

I actually overlooked Dune Bug, but he would make an interesting addition to the Super Chargers.

There are already "human alike" characters in Skylanders and a lot of them would 100 % human if it wasn't by their color, so I don't think that would be a problem. Not only that, but let's do not forget Pit is no entirely a human (wings). However I do see some issues with more popular characters like Mario and Luigi, who lack that "Fantasy element" which all skylanders have. They would seem a bit "too normal" in a Skylander game.

As a pit fan I'm so looking forward to be able to play as him outside a fighting game ( already beat uprising long ago).

Pit would definately work since he isn't human human like Mario, he just looks like one, same for Link. And if the appearances bother, just give him a Cherubot suit on the figure, like a faster Sprocket.

Mega Man could be cool.

Maybe some Swappers like Rattle Shake or Magna Charge

for Skylanders, I would pick Sprocket, Chill, Frino, and Lighting rod! (isn't one of the new levels his own home?)
for Amiibolanders/crossover characters, I would like to see Ruto and Darunia join the Skylanders. (if we are not doing humanoid characters, these two should fit right in.)

I'd also like anyone from Trap Team because if anyone was expecting Trap Team cores to get remade, they better act fast. With no confirmation on any Trap Team cores this year, all 18 of the cores in Trap team could become rare since none of them got reposed and may all end up being non reposed like the ones we're still waiting for.

Actually what would have been awesome was if they used certain Villains from Trap Team that signed up as Skylanders for good instead of some of the re-dos like Gil Grunt, Stealth and others. Don't get me wrong I love what they've done with the remade oldies but who wouldn't want to officially play as Wolfgang, Tae Kwon Crow, Threat Pack and many others?!?! That would have been something.

That would've been an excellent idea. And maybe using a trap with that character trapped inside from Trap Team could give them a unique boost somehow.


It's not really fair the the minis got upgraded to full Skylander status while none of the villains were able to.

I would like to see either Slam Bam, Double Trouble, Ignitor or Drobot make a comeback.

This. He's the perfect fit for Magic-element, given his theme, and he has potential to be an interesting SuperCharger. I imagine his vehicle to be some sort of potion-powered, steampunk-esque speedboat.

I would absolutely love seeing Voodood come back as a supercharger, however that is extremely unlikely. It will probably be Pop Fizz but I would prefer Dune Bug as we need more variety in the characters they bring back. As for ones that won't happen but I would still love seeing are Zap, Whirlwind, Drobot, Spyro, Sunburn, and Bash. The only reason I don't see these ones returning is that the theme is driving vehicles..... And they are all quadrupedal dragons. Flameslinger, Riptide, and Fright Rider could be absolutely amazing as superchargers though. And as for an amiibolander, Mewtwo. Nuff said.

For Superchargers? I'd like to see a 'lander we DON'T already have a Series 3 of! Seriously, of the announced returners, all of them except Roller Brawl are series 4 or 5!

If I could choose a single returner of each element, I'd go with Voodood (or Dune Bug,) Food Fight, Ghost Roaster, Punk Shock (or Riptide,) Fryno, Terrafin, Jet-Vac, and Tread Head. That's not what I personally want, but it's what I think people would like.

Personally, I'd love nothing more than to see a few Giants or Swappables to return, but Activision really seems to hate that idea.

Though an Earth/Life Crash Bandicoot would be nice (as stated previously)

I think Crash could work really well as a Tech Skylander if he was armed with his bazooka.

I didn't even consider Crash. Now that would be a reveal which gets the Skylanders community talking!

Wham-Shelll got reposed as a lightcore

^Some people don't consider a lightcore a repose since you don't get a wow pow. technically a lightcore is still a S1 figure.

He didn't include Warnado, though. Should've either included both of the lightcore reposes or neither of them. Lightcores should be considered reposes, since they're literally posed differently, but it's true that they're not Series+ either, and Series+ are usually held higher than lightcore reposes, due to the addition of a wow-pow.

Personally, I don't like to get reposes of either kind (nor minis), but at the same time, it's nice to see older characters get some attention... just not the same few over and over. The SuperCharger revamps are different enough to where I'll go along with it, but I really don't want to see those characters getting even more reposes in future installments.

Given the fact that, save for Jet-Vac, all the currently-named reimagined SuperChargers have alliterations in their names, I'd be excited to see a Potion Power Pop Fizz, and his sea vehicle the Potion Popper.

For magic, i have many ideas.

Shaman Voodood (Swirly hypno eyes, a huge axe, larger dragon skull, dragon skin gloves) (Vehicle- Axe Glider)

Triple Strike Wrecking Ball (3 tongues, big teeth, butterfly wings, bug eyes) (Vehicle- Hunger Buster)

Sparx Power Spyro (teams up with sparx [like the duck hunt duo in ssb4], flame shaped wings and horns, racing suit) (Vehicle- Dragon Drag Racer)

Bottle Rocket Pop Fizz (Scientist goggles, uses a bazooka that shoots potions, beast form now has spider traits) (Vehicle- Soda Sub)

Supernova Star Strike (Uses a chinese umbrella weapon, Can rain down mortar stars, has a jumpsuit instead of dress, but the hood stays) (Vehicle- Star Kart)

I'd also like to see..

Chain Killer Ghost Roaster (Looks VERY demonic, has red eyes, a venom type tongue, curled teeth, metal claws, an axe head at the end of the chain) (Vehicle- Die-cycle)

It's still a new repose of a character and thus results in the character being more common on store shelves and more readily available to a newer audience. Also lightcores have that entrance nuke attack so technically they are an improvement over a series 1.


Obviously not series 2, but not identical to series 1 either.

No old characters. Just new ones.
