I'm pretty sure all parents (good ones, anyway), at one point or another have whispered to their kids, "Hey, come over here a second" and shown off things they thought their kids would think were interesting but weren't supposed to or otherwise wouldn't have an opportunity to see. And not all parents (even those that work for online publishers/media outlets) will/can monitor all of their kids' online activity. While I don't necessarily believe the story we've been presented with, I can certainly see how it's plausible. Your conclusion implies that the father in this case knew what his kid was doing or willfully pushed for this information to get out; it's much more likely (if this situation is real) that Skylanders fan is going to get more grounded than they've ever been once dad finds out that the NDA got broken. Again, technically, since Skylander fan's dad spilling the beans would have been breaking the NDA as well.

With the character having a sea/underwater motif, I think people are assuming that all of the extra things waving around are tentacles of some sort versus hair, seaweed, etc. A leap at this point, yes, but not a huge one based on what little we c an see of the character.

The Sea Shadow reminds me of Black Manta's sub for Batman. It does resemble a sky vehicle, though. A squid does work for a Dark character.

Sounds about right. I must admit I am loving the sea vehicles the most. I thought they would be my least liked vehicle type.

Dear lord that's an ugly color scheme. Even compared to the boring orange-white-red from the Fire figures. It's just so tacky with the primary color schemes... Just like the redesigned Dread-Yacht that now needs to stay at the bottom of Skylands,swapping out blue for black. Urgh.

I agree with you Bifrost. The colors are way to bright and vibrant to be on a vehicle like this. It really does look like a hotwheel.

No? Primary colors are stuff you put together only in parts of a palette you want to call attention to. If the whole thing looks like a Fischer Price toy, it's just tacky and messy. Again,just like the SF Dread-Yacht.Also the wheels have different colors, that only makes the colors look worse together because they're so bright.

Shades of orange would've been better than distinct yellow and distinct red. The solid black is fairly lazy.

We just had Nightfall revealed in page 25. They're just doing it in a very controlled way, apparently more stuff will be shown tomorrow. No need to go on a hyperbole, they probably are trying to prevent huge leaks once again - probably won't work,but of course they'll try.

The levels already look like they don't have much to them, why hide info at this point? Levels seem to be, drive, fly, and water mixed with walking. Doesn't seem like Elemental Gates are back, and it just feels so... lite in content compared to Swap Force. We're 12 weeks and 5 days out from release. I'd be marketing it somehow, yet we're not seeing much at all.

Again, trying to only show what they want. I can't think of a good reason other than controlling hype, which a lot of companies seem to think is that easily manipulated even if it frequently backfires, but it seems to be what they're trying to do - give ONLY what they have in this very set path to every youtuber(the demo chapters were even edited in with teleporters to deliberately skip to where the gameplay is being recorded).

well last years was in game and sofar all E3 chase figures have been one color it is most likely in game

Cmon GM, this isn't our first rodeo on this. I was asking basic questions up to launch of Swap Force and it took someone who actually bought the game to give us the scoop on the stuff that matters TO US.

I might hold of on deciding to get the game or not based on the info I need. I would kill me not to be there on opening night, but it's time to start voting on what I want.
