Why am I so frustrated and hostile right now?

Everything my friends (irl) are doing at the moment is making me angry and stressed. Why am I so needy of them? Can I really not function without someone constantly by my side?

Am I actually this aggressive and *****y of a person, all the time? I'd like to think I'm a kind and nice person who will always look out for my friends but am I secretly just a manipulative asshole? I'm turning into the kind of person I don't want to be.

I really really want to go so freaking bad and if you say I can't have that off, I'll cry. I only ever request 1 day off a month, and I usually end up working that day, anyway, without complaint. I come on everytime you ask me to work on an off day, or end up pulling a 12 hours day, and I never complain. I've never taken more than a day off, and everyone else takes a week or two, ive always been loyal, please let me have these 5 days, this one time. I think I deserve it.

Yes, totally. It's part of a ploy to exclude you from all activites so you'll be alone
No no no no, it's not the temperature that is the problem. 86-93 is fine. No, it's the horrid humidity. I walk outside and it feels like hitting a wall. The air is so think that it takes strength to even move. No matter where you go, it's everywhere. The shade does not help. I resort to scurrying to the nearest air conditioned gift shop every time i can.
