Not this argument again. How is Mewtwo all that similar? Is it because they both have chargeable projectiles? Is that it? None of their other specials are really all that similar. Not to mention their smash attacks, their movements, their usage, and did I mention Mewtwo was in Smash Brothers before Lucario was?

I'm REALLY happy to see N64 Dreamland come back (yes, it's confirmed). Instantly threw me back when I saw that the Stage Preview image was found in the files. I even heard the theme in my head, lol. So many memories of when I used to play Smash Bros N64 years ago.

Also, on the typical heated debate of "who's better than who," I recently recorded a replay that shows how tiers can be completely wrong and strictly depend on your playstyle.

-Mewtwo and Lucario are nothing alike. Mewtwo is defense oriented (due to his light weight and slow, but long ranged attacks), and Lucario is all-round (is better at offense at low percents, and better suited to defense at high percents, though in general he is alright at both).

-Tier lists are assuming a really high level play, like, tournament level. Just because you beat an inexperienced Sheik in For Glory with Dr. Mario or something, doesn't mean tier lists are invalid or aren't telling the truth. Some characters are objectively better than others/have more potential than others. For example, we can already tell Ryu will have more potential than say, Little Mac - he is superb on the ground, but also has an air game, and can actually recover from a decent enough distance. Ryu is easily going to win the Ryu VS Little Mac match up in high level play.

I tried my best to stay away from all leaks, and I'd say it was a pretty good Direct. Nothing amazing like previous E3's, but it was still something. I'm surprised we didn't get a Wolf reveal or tease though.

Hyrule Castle and Peach's Castle 64 are cool to have back, but I really want some returning Melee stages (Kongo Jungle, Brinstar Depths, Pokefloats, etc.).

I'm sad that Inklings are pretty dead and buried, they still are my 2nd most wanted newcomer for DLC. Oh well, at least K. Rool has a pretty good shot.

Ryu seems to be a tricky character to use, almost like an expanded Little Mac. I might try to use him. It's cool that he's out today though!
