What the actual ****. Why are 12 year olds doing drugs. Later on, I asked him why, and he said "cuz why not". This makes me so angry.

In the tail end of my senior year, we didn't have a student senate, because the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Historian decided it'd be a great idea to eat weed brownies at prom.

In Washington, Marijuana is really easy to get here. Because it's legalized. You can grow it with a permit, and I think sell it too.

Pro tip: Don't live in Western Washington, Seattle sucks, Go live in Eastern Washington.

I know quite a few other folks even at that age as well who take weed, and if it takes its toll on them, then they really just have the burden of their own choices on 'em. All I can really say is at least they aren't yet doing heroin or cocaine. But seeing the reason that guy took it, he probably won't be very responsible with it... Judging him isn't really gonna help, though.

I just don't like people who do or take drugs. In my school, theres this kid in my year who used to be fine but now I see him with sixth-form(S6) students with drugs now whilst seeing barely anything of him in school. Theres also a few other douchebags in my school who took drugs, and lets just say things haven't turned out well regarding them. Its just my opinion, but I tend to dislike people who take drugs for quite a long while.

...I'm quite certain that teenagers these days get a really bad rap because the minority using drugs so often wind up in the news when things get out of control. I wouldn't be surprised if the number of teenagers who have sampled drugs recreationally is still around one-third or so.

yeah i just googled it and google agreed with me

it said that it can cause problems but it doesnt pose the same risk that cigarettes do, like cancer

Not even apparently, weed has to be the healthiest of drugs. I like to think of it as popcorn, it only is bad when you mix it with other stuff.

Note: I've never done weed, I just have two friends who do.

You'd have to consume MASSIVE amounts of marijuana in a very very short time in order to die from it so it's near impossible
I'm assuming you're talking about the US? I dunno about Weed's status in other countries but
It's illegal in the US because Mexican immigrants in the early 1900s introduced a way of using cannabis which was smoking it. People started to say that marijuana is a drug that causes violence and what not, so they decided to make it illegal.
I'm not sure if they had any evidence to back up their claim, or if it was just simply racism since the US at this time wasn't a very friendly place.

No clue why cigs are still legal. It's hilarious. The product that kills it's consumer, those around the consumer, and the children that are forced into making the product is still legal.

Weed doesn't do nearly as much damage as cigarettes do to humans oh my god
If you're an INCREDIBLY heavy smoker then it MAY cause damage to your lungs, Consuming too much may cause memory problems as well. It can cause negative affects on children only if their mother smoked it during pregnancy or if they themselves consume it at a really young age.
It's not perfect no but it can be used for medical reasons unlike cigarettes.

Cigs to terrible damage to their smokers, the people around the smokers, and the people (mostly children) that are stuck making cigs. Hell even just touching the plant can kill you with enough exposure.
I'm pretty sure I don't need to explain the other negative affects of cigs.
