But why is it brown? Brown normally means Earth. I don't like the poop rust engine.

The clouds are white, the hand is obscuring them. But the engine really has a weird color.

The Superchargers will probably all have a bronze engine. Black would look better imo...

Alright, so that fully confirms the legitimacy of the prototypes that surfaced from Mexico. Guess that's Spitfire.


I actually kinda like the new bird character. The design is less like Jet-Vac, at least.

The face is just a horrendous Dreamworks expression(not against that in particular, it just looks distorted on a figure). Plus, that huge zipper on the front is getting him nappropriate jokes,in my opinion.

Honestly, at least he/she is a bit more colorful than several of the current figures we have.

As for the engine, this may not even be the final colors. The paint job looks a bit messy to me...

True, but this one does look artisanal. Maybe it's the lighting or the paint quality?

Now this is a VERY good sign for Traps.

It's around the time the comic prequel is released.

Hmm, this really does make me wonder if the Supercharger Skylanders are going to be priced like the cores this time around. They aren't overly elaborate like the Trap Masters and they don't have a gimmick built into the figure like the Swap Force. They don't seem to be particularly bigger than a core either. My bet is that it will be the vehicles that will cost the most this time around.

We still sure don't know if SuperChargers will or won't have special fatures, figure wise.

I think even the possibility of "activating" vehicles using the engine will justify an highly price.
If Trap Masters can cost 15$ then these Skylanders can too.

If this is true, and I absolutely hope so, then it's a FANTASTIC NEWS.

I guess it also confirms we will have some form of Portal Owner Pack.
Unless we need to use two Portals to play the game, one for the vehicles/SuperChargers and one for traps.

But I don't think this gimmick will be truly revolutionary tech-wise so let's cross our fingers!

Speaking about the new Air Skylander she (?) looks really good and colorful.
Definitely V.V. style but... Better than the last time (which was still good).

The painting really looks like acryllic and handmade, but it might be just the lightning. My old camera would screw up my customs' colors good, almost like I made them with enamel.
But I can use the Traptanium Portal, even if it might not work with everything? This is what my wallet has been clamoring for!

There's no doubting that it's a prototype. It's probably hand painted.

This leads me into another line of thought. What if 'every' Skylander that is released with this game gets considered a Supercharger? Think about. They would more than likely never switch up a reposed character's gameplay, but they could switch up the way they look with the 'racing' theme that's going on with the Superchargers, enough so that it will make people want to buy them again. I can't imagine that the reposes who keep happening every year, like Gill Grunt, are selling very well when everyone and their mom already has them. It seems like they were already trying this with the minis last year over giving us a bunch of new reposes with no gimmick that 'wouldn't sell' or whatever. They'll probably try to 'flare' the returning characters up this year to rope people in, rather than, you know, actually repose those characters that people have been asking for for years.
