Basically just post here when you buy something and want to show it off/talk about it.

I got the Rosalina Amiibo (which I would have gotten regardless of how much I love the character, as I am going for all of the Smash Bros Amiibos), and then CAV got me the Rosalina Gashapon figure and the Smash Poster Set 1 (included the Rosalina poster) for Christmas.

So since I had half of the official Rosalina merch currently released already (literally...not counting that crappy old plushie from 2007, I've no interest in that...there is also a kinda tacky wall foam, but that's disappeared off the face of the Earth anyway) without paying a single penny (didn't pay for the Gashapon and the poster since it was a surprise present from CAV - and didn't pay for the Amiibo because Amazon Germany actually lost the package, so they refunded me, but it arrived anyway), I decided to get the rest - those two plushies, and the Cat Rosalina Furuta Figure. The plushies I got bundled for €15 (normally go for €20-€30 each), and the Furuta figure for €17 (probably goes for way cheaper initially, but it's one of those chocolate egg figures from a 3D World line and is amazingly rare, and was actually a "secret" figure they didn't advertise, since Rosalina is a hidden character in the actual game).

I don't see any harm in building a little collection of one of my favourite fictional characters when I got really lucky and found everything real cheap, especially since in the unlikely event that I don't care about Rosalina in the future, I could sell all of it on for a huge price (the Cat Rosalina figure alone would get me loads, and even an unboxed Rosalina Amiibo will be worth a lot in time - she's one of the rarest Amiibos as is, boxed Rosalina Amiibos go for really high prices already, you'd be paying 4-6 Amiibos worth in most cases). The gifts from CAV will likely be kept though regardless (I refrain from selling gifts from friends and family), and the rest could serve as great hand me downs if I ever had kids or something.

That's the great thing about nerdy collections - say what you want about it being weird or whatever, but they're always worth something to you - be it sentimentally, aesthetically, or monetarily.

Plus, I've got a bit of a Sonic collection, and of course there is my Amiibos and Smash collection, and other assorted stuff (a few Final Fantasy thingsfor example, like that FFXIV A Realm Reborn: CE you see there in the images above). Don't see why collecting Rosalina merch should suddenly be any weirder or eye brow raising.

Went to GameStop yesterday and got Hyrule Warriors, a Toon Zelda plushie, and an Elsa 3DS XL carrying case. Having a lot of fun with Hyrule Warriors so far.

This arrived in CAV's place. I had it shipped to his house since Amazon.com doesn't ship to Ireland. He's gonna send it on to me along with some Amiibos that are owed for trades (Dedede, Shulk, and Silver Mario).

The final piece of my Rosalina collection...for now. Club Nintendo Japan is getting a facecloth of her, so I'll need to hope that goes on eBay and I can pick it up.

I bought A-Force #1, Guardians of the Galaxy #27, and Archie vs Predator #2, a POP figure of the CW Flash, a POP figure of Venom, and a golden Serenity keychain.

ok, r00d. And that was just something I did to take a pic of him. I changed it some after that to try to mimic an idle stance of his from the game.

I feel it also worth noting, the stand is absolute crap, so doing some really bad ass attack pose is somewhat difficult as I need him to stand on his own.

Play Arts Kai by Square Enix. They're a bit bigger than Figmas.

Stands for them suck cause they're a model kit you have to assemble and the screws come lose so easily. I can't get it to support his weight. >.<

I thought so, the jointing looked different from Figma's.
Yeah, the Play Arts Kai ones are trash. I wish I had a fix, but my Iron Man has the same problem.
