Yep. The original Chibi-Robo that was released in the US apparently sold poorly, but I guess Nintendo doesn't care.

The fact they can bundle the Amiibo with the game is probably why they are releasing it abroad.

The amount of hardcore "collect them all" Amiibo hunters ALONE should drive at least decent sales for the game.

While I'm thrilled to get the amiibo, I'm glad the game is coming to the US.
Proud owner of both the GCN title, the DS title and the 3DS Download. I was disappointed, but not at all surprised, the Wii re-release of the GCN title didn't get a state-side release. :(

Managed to get Charizard, Greninja,and Pac Man from Toys R Us. The amount of Greninjas they still had was shocking. ._. Sold out of Lucina though, which is a shame since she's the only one out of wave 4 that I REALLY wanted besides Ness.

also, I'm trying to think of a stupid nickname for my Pac Man amiibo like I have all my other ones but i got nothing. Anybody have any ideas? (for comparison, I named my Greninja amiibo Kermit and gave it the green alt)

You could call Pac-Man "Puck-Man" to reference his scrapped name.

Something like "Family Man" or "Husbando" could be funny too.

Yes, but that was 10 years ago. They've released 2 more games in the US ever since, with one that launched on the 3DS just last year. It would've been dumb NOT to release this here.

Both figures had one of these packages each. Nothing was in there with them, and the tape was kinda loose.

I got lucky (and I planned to open them anyway) and they remained in perfect condition, but if you are an NiB collector, be wary.

Ness has a bad recovery and his b attack stinks but overall he is a solid character.

His jumps are amazing and he can do the PK Thunder twice if your good with him. His B is good for countering air dodges if you time it correctly.

If Lucinas were stolen during the manufacturing process for this exact reason, then yes. What people don't realize is that not every amiibo is going to show up. They're going to go on the black market with what amiibo are in the factories left over and what is being manufactured at that moment.
