I find it kind of odd that my local Walgreens has all the newest traps and even Kaos but not the box retailers!

Walgreens actually sells a small, but odd selection of figures. Swappers were recently reduced (I picked up Magna Charge for $5), but I still see Core guys from Swap Force (usually Zoo Lou, RollerBrawl and Cynder). I saw a few Traps, no Trap Masters yet, but I can't imagine they'd avoid having them there eventually, especially when the new game comes out.

Walgreens is good for one thing- Traps. that is all. I found a Fire totem and air snake there once.

at my local one, they have some rarer swap force cores, like slobber tooth, countdown, lava barf eruptor, and even zoo lou, but they charge 11.99 each! YIKES!

We tried two stores, one had a few Chills and water traps, the other a few ZooLous and other Swappers and some traps. No Light, Dark, or Kaos, but some that weren't water which all we've seen at Target and Best Buy of late. It might be worth checking if you're missing traps and not close any other old store. Oddly, our grocery store (HEsmilie currently has a better selection than Taget and Best Buy combined, so checking unusual places has helped us some with the harder to find traps.

Those cores are NOT I repeat NOT rare at all.

Yes, they ARE. They're nearly impossible to find in stores.

My Walgreens has no Skylanders figures nor traps at all. They have other toys so I guess it's just random what stores get which stuff.
