I can kinda see why. So many new users turn out to be alts. It's going to the point where every new user is seen as an alt.

Oh I've never heard of gem day, but when I searched on the forums I found a thread dedicated to it. So you get 100 gems every 500 days by the looks of things. Thanks for clearing that up.
